I stayed for 9 days during a vacation in Monterrey. Staff was always friendly, hotel was clean, newer style furnishings. rooms are hardwood (no carpet) so cleaning is easier/fresher. The lobby area is very spacious with many sitting areas, plus an outdoor sitting area (Urban Garden). Beds had nice cotton sheets. Pillows are on the 'hard' side so if you like a soft pillow bring our own (I always bring my own pillow when I travel).
Very comfortable business hotel. Breakfast included good quality for business type hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice and functional lobby area. Very good location in the area. Helpful staff. Very good option for a few business days.
i honestly had a great experience in the hotel, i know im writing a bit late, but i just wanted to say how great was almost everyone in the hotel with me, i stayed there for 2 weeks, and everything was good
This is a nice, clean hotel, conviniently located at Monterrey's business district, in San Pedro Garza García municipality. It is renovated, has a very good restaurant and a nice patio. On selected days, you can have grilled meat. Rooms are spacious, beds are nice and has space were you can work comfortably. This hotel is a good choice.
I stay at the hotel since it has been renovated unfortunately is the same pig but with lipstick. That have to change me 2 time from room: 1st room the air conditioner was making a terrible noice like something falling inside the wall/ceiling. When they sent a person to help me move this employee ask me for a tip!! Can you believe that!... 2nd Room have cockroaches I found 1 in the bathroom and other under the sink. 3rd Room very nice but seems that there is sewer pipe that runs through the entrance because time to time it smells terrible! The last thing is that the first night I asked for room service and it took 50 minutes to bring a burger. The menu says it's Angus certified, don't believe that! is a frozen beef it was terrible food and service, the manage Juan apologized but was too late I was very angry couldn't eat that, went out for dinner to a close place more economical, fast and great service. The people at the front desk very kind and always trying to help me but the hotel is just terrible is old and they try to cover all issues with a new look. Not recommend.
We travelled for business there and the staff was very friendly, the food great, the rooms big and with everything you may need. Its totally worth staying there. Its great located and just an Uber-ride from anywhere. Its not close to the airport, but you can easily arrive there in a few minutes rides.
Fiesta innonterrey Valle is a nice business class hotel. Staff is very attentive and service in general is good. Very convenient in-house restaurant with room-service. Food quality is good and prices are abarate. Furniture in the rooms and room layout is funky, a bit awkward but passable for short stays
The hotel is a common business class one. Some problems I faced in my room were the bad smell in the lavatory and the noise coming from everywhere. At some times, it was like maintenance people were working during the night. The placement also make it not so close to any stores or drugstores, for exemple. For everything you need a taxi if you don't know very well the place and don't want to take any risk.
Came for a business trip with a group. Prices are good, but unfortunately issues with noise and cleanliness. My room had a squeaking toilet, some in our group had a mildew smell, some had not clean showers and some had very loud neighbors. Rooms fairly spacious and lunch on premise was ok, but poor quality of rooms hard to overcome. Check in and check out also very slow.
My trip was along with friends, food was OK, slightly lukewarm. Hotel was fine, however getting in an out of the locale was difficult as it appeared that it was at a dead end street. I would stay there again.
