The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom toilet has pet water bottles to displace the tank water so it doesn’t use so much. But they fall constantly and cause the tank stopper to stay open which cause water waste. The room air control was hot had to totally turn off to get the room to a temperature that you could sleep in. The service was great the room very poor mold in the tub , room temperature

In the gym area there is whole in ceiling that smells horrible. In the room we stayed in filters have not been changed, we were sneezing and itchy eyes. Bathroom shower head horrible the water sprayed out everywhere and held with a type of towel in its socked. Shower curtain hooks rusted. The door to bathroom does not properly close all the way due to hinge.

Been coming here for 25 YEARS! The thing that I love about this place is their buffet for breakfast & lunch. Fresh fruit, fresh salad bar, fresh juices and fresh lemonade. It makes a HUGE difference when you have access to variety. The staff is always nice. The place has many sofas & chairs in the lobby so I can receive my family and chat comfortably there. The beds are comfortable & they provide water bottles too! <3 We went for the Christmas dinner and that was such a fun event & experience. Now that I have a daughter I brought her to see Santa Clause, a balloon drop & he also gave handed her the Christmas present. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is old but good location, my room was on the 2nd floor which I strongly discourage. Room was clean but outdated, window curtains could not be opened, noises from the lobby can be heard. Food was very good at the restaurant.
