El hotel el terrible. Nada que ver con las fotos. Las sillas están rotas, las camas desportilladas, sábanas sucias, humedad en las paredes y en la ducha y ni siquiera hay jabón en la ducha. La puerta del baño ni cerraba. Las pasillos están deteriorados y la recepción parece un hostal. La verdad muy malo el hotel. Me tocó salirme después de la primera noche y perder la plata ya que tampoco accedieron a hacer una devolución parcial por las malas condiciones. No lo recomiendo ni cinco.

Mi first room was terrible. It looks like they renovated although was a cheap job. Holes in the walls where the AC unit was placed. The shower was not working properly as the water level got stuck up to your ankles. The corridors with carpet full of stain's everywhere. I request immediately to be changed room although the hotel was full booked until Wednesday. So then I was able to get a better room. Still the carpet in the corridors are dirty and full of dust and the reception area on the 3rd floor is not welcoming at all. The only good thing was Selena at the reception what an incredible person. (her professionalism and empathy was amazing).

Good location but in pretty rough shape.

This place is well located in San Pedro G.G., but 4-star it is not. The lobby is dirty and in bad shape, as are the hallways. The rooms are admittedly cleaner and tasteful, but nothing to write home about. I’d come back if the price were right, but it’s not high on my list of favorite places to stay in Monterrey. Really great location though.
