The staff was courteous but we did not enjoy the stay because the room that gave us was next to a big machine that made noise at night and did not let us sleep. Plus, we requested a room with a view and our view was just the big machine. No scenery at all. Would not stay there again.

Deben tener más cuidado con los olores en las habitaciones, y cuando les soliciten también alguna habitación en otro piso que la den y no se tomen personal los comentarios que se hacen ya que ese hotel en específico ha tenido varias deficiencias, sobre todo en agua. También. Es molesto que la llave del hotel la desactiven a las 10:30 hrs cuando la salida es a las 12:00 del día. Y también que tengan cuidado con el desayuno que ofrecen porque la calidad era deficiente, la atención pésima, no hubo quien se acercara a preguntarme si necesitaba algo. Solo fueron para decirme en que habitación estaba hospedado , y cuiden mucho la limpieza porque me tocó ver cucarachas chiquitas en el asiento del restaurante, mejor me retiré y me fui a desayunar a un lugar bueno.
