Take in stunning lake views and panoramic sunsets from the newly renovated stairs with multiple landings that lead to a private beach access. Cherish moments of tranquility and natural beauty in this secluded haven.

This property features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with king-sized beds and convertible sleeper sofas, in addition to a loft that houses three queen-sized beds and three twin-sized beds. The residence boasts four modernized full bathrooms.

Guests are granted exclusive access to explore the estate, which features a scenic 20-foot-wide trail that winds its way to the stairs for beach access. These meticulously designed steps are crafted for visitor convenience, descending to a secluded beach where breathtaking views awat at various vantage points.

Pictures on the listing really don’t do this property justice. So beautiful! Had a girls weekend and it was the perfect spot. The many stairs were worth it to have private lake access. We had such a great time and would stay here again!

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews and I don't enjoy being disappointed. The entire family was disappointed and upset with the issues we encountered in July/Aug 2025.Feedback is provided regarding a recent stay at your New Era rental with a family of six adults and five children (ages 1, 4, 6, 6, and 8).SEE attached screenshot of issues/problems that I submitted to Hanna & Alex before posting this review.
Deck as you walk out of the sliding glass door off the kitchen
Condition of deck on the west side of the property. Runs from the Front of the house to the back of the house.
Accordion door in the front bedroom to the crawlspace and mechanical room was not lockable.
Fortunately, our 4 year old nor toddler discovered this areas.

Overall amazed by this listing. Including the many stairs that gave us a work out. I loved how they offered toys for the kiddos which they loved. The kitchen was big but had an issue with the stove and grill. It was a bit cooler and the heat was not turning on so we had cold nights. Overall I enjoyed the views and the amenities a lot.
