The room was not bad little dirty. The staff was amazing,.. But overall the stay was pleasant and I would definitely come back for the cost it was great.
Not clean. Sinks didn't work properly. Rooms were not vacuumed. Very badly kept.
Woke up being bit by bedbugs. Slept in our car as the front desk isn’t manned from 11p-8a. When we let them know the front desk was apologetic and said it was necessary to call a corporate hotline and they would make the determination. When I called the customer service he asked “What do you want me to do? You are already checked out.” Another phone call to their customer service for follow-up and they Still haven’t “determined” whether I will get my money back or even sent a follow-up email to document my complaint. Very poor customer service and follow-up.
