The bathroom floor and shower room needed to be more clean. Also, more breakfast options would be great and there was no coffee most of the time. In general, our stay was good.

I was charged 5$ on the card i used for incidentals for “parking” this was no where in my orbitz reservation details. Just $5 but the lot is just your average hotel parking lot. Seems like a scam to charge an extra $5 to everyone who stays here without their knowledge and deem it as a “parking” fee. If i rent your hotel for a night, parking had better be included unless its valet or a protected parking garage. A ground lot off of the freeway is not an amenity that fares an extra $5.

Tyler at the front desk when we checked in was great. He was nice and was working hard to keep the lobby and pool table area clean. Then there was house keeping, they were rude, let us know they were understaffed. We told her all we needed were towels didn’t need our room clean, she let us know she was busy and we used the same towels for 3 days.
