Staff was excellent! BUT the room (331) had issues… no curtains, remote didn’t work, heater unit sounded like a jet engine when it was running, the tub faucet had a nice steady drip that never stopped, and the fridge did not work.

Room and building itself could use some attention. Lots of wear and tear throughout. Staff was extremely helpful and prompt. Room is adequate but needs attention. Mold in shower and lack of supplies was disheartening. Gym was also adequate. Not that useful so paid for local establishment instead. Breakfast was good - but again all furniture is in need of attention.

The hotel did not honor our confirmed reservation and did not offer any assistance in finding alternative accommodations. Because of an event in area all the hotels in the area were booked, leaving us scrambling to find a place to stay much farther away.

We made our reservation 3 months in advance with a group. On the day of our reservation we found out at the time of check in (at 4pm) that they had “overbooked the hotel” and that our reservation was cancelled and there was no room for us and that we would have to call for a refund. We were left separated from our group with no room, no explanation that made sense, and no solution in a city that had no open hotel rooms within 30 minutes. This same scenario happened with another family in our group and we witnessed another family at check in with their reservations cancelled. Unacceptable experience.
