If buying from this 3rd party you must pay will not have access to the water park. $50 per person per day to go to the waterpark. Alot of the little vending machines out of order. The staff was helpful & our room was very clean. Loved all the food options in walking distance.

Very friendly my daughter loved the indoor pool more than the water park, the noise scared her from the water, although I don't think I got a double room with queen size beds I believe they were only full size beds, there was no vending machines working at all there was nothing as in a breakfast bar just coffee that was strong, but could have had different types of juice for kids and cereal, the outside needs lawn care bad, a bench by the doors would be nice for us seniors

Booked the hotel/resort because it was close to Milan and was coming for my mother’s funeral. My experience was horrible. I booked 4 rooms nothing worked: the elevator was out of order, ice machine on th 2nd floor was out of order ( according to the front desk person it’s been out for a while, stains in the shower, iron had something stuck in the holes and the others not working, plugs were not operational, fridge had melted ice cream in the bottom of it. It has resort in the name and it is far from being a resort. We were told the maintenance person only works till 3 pm. I will never choose proximity over quality. It should be shut down.

The walls are so thin. Our neighbors were still playing music and talking loudly at 4:30am and nothing was done about it. Finally stopped at 6am. Needed morning coffee after a sleepless night. Coffee in lobby was like mud. Had to walk over to Tim Hortons. Did find the staff to be friendly.

The swimming area was fun for the kids and it was clean. The hotel rooms were clean as well, some things like shampoo and Kleenex box empty, but overall our family had a good time at this facility and would return!

Property was up to date. Elevator was out of order. So was the vending machines. My room wasn’t cleaned properly. I found a vape under my bed and beads. At the actual water park, the jacuzzi was out of order, the lockers were out of order. The wet bar wasn’t open. Definitely was a disappointment.

I never checked in. The property looks abandoned.The landscape is overgrown and not kept period the inside.Looks abandoned.Bending machines are empty comma they do not serve breakfast comma there is a fifty dollar fee to get into the water park area regardless.If you are swimming or not, which is a waste of money, because I had a little baby in my group as well as my husband who was leaving in a few hours to go to work.And there was no need to pay for both of them just because we were going to be in the area with the other kids.

Dirty and unkept facilities

Upon arrival I was notified that the water park hours were from 3pm-9pm, which was upsetting because the website does not reflect this. Very frustrated because I always like to have my little go before check out next day. The room was dirty. There were fresh brown/red stains on the bed. Floors and fridge was dirty. The phone didn’t work and had missing buttons (couldn’t call front desk). Spoke to the front desk attendant and they flat out told me the owner has several properties and he does not invest into this one at all. They said the carpet and facility hasn’t been fixed or updated since purchase precovid. Again relayed the owner just does not care. The water park was nice but the bathrooms in there were absolutely disgusting. Poop on the walls and toilets. Toilet paper shreds, left behind clothes, and wet towels all over-all left from days prior, as we were the only visitors that day. The staff was nice but the facilities and uncleanliness are not worth the $. You’re better off going to Great wolf lodge

So the front desk was pretty nice, two ladies in particular, Gina, I forget the others name, but they were really flexible w/ the hotel pool, since the splash resort pool closed at 9. There is no hot tub in the hotel pool, or even at the splash report because the “hot springs” was shut down, but even still you couldn’t be under 18 which really sucks because try going with your kids but telling your kids, “sorry can’t go in” when they’ve been going in hot tub since they were born. Anyways except from the guy( younger boy) who was still a high school or in college, on our last day was one of the ONLY ones I seen cleaning the resort area. He was very attentive to tending to the water area, but also getting the tubes up and out of the water, he swept, folded laundry. It was almost shocking because aside from the two brunettes who were working at the resort when we first arrived, I hadn’t seen anyone clean anything our whole stay (4days) There were spots on the carpet, things needed to be restocked, garbages, etc but the employees would just sit in that back office at the front desk, not even watching the front because I’d have to ring the bell to get their attention. I think the passes should be included in the stay, because the hotel side of it is a bit run down, there’s not even a microwave in room. There was the same spot on the carpet that needed to be vacuumed for days…people shouldn’t have to pay for their whole stay, just to be told at check in that they owe 180 still

The lady at the front desk has an horrible attitude. Her customer service skills are poor and she shouldn’t be working with anyone or the public if she doesn’t know how to be nice. Overall the room wasn’t bad, but there some areas that were over looked. The property most definitely needs a hot tub.
