The lady on the desk was rude. We arrived at the hotel @ 2:00 p.m. We were told that check in was @ 3:00 p.m. We explained that we had just driven 80 miles to get here and could she at least check and see if there was a room available and once again was told in a rude manner that check in was 3. My wife asked her for her name and was told she was “ too old to be acting like that”. I have never felt so disrespected in my life By this time it was almost 2:30 p.m. We were finally given a room. When returned from the concert we attended the room we were put in the electrical circuit blew so we had no tv, microwave or refrigerator. After being unable to get it to work we were moved to another room. The upkeep of this property could improve. Needless to say if this hotel is a example of the service we can expect at a Baymont hotel we will never stay at another.
I reserved a double room, when I checked in I received a courtesy conference suite with a double pull down murphy bed and a pullout couch. My sister got sick from the chlorine smell from the pool next to our room. I expected more from a Wyndham affiliated hotel as I am a Wyndham time share platinum member.
Everything is ok, just suggest more attention to the Breakfast Bar keep the food fresh because some fruit and bread were expired.

Very nice, updated room. Staff was extremely friendly and energetic. Only complaints were that the doors slam, shaking the whole floor, the door between rooms allowed a lot of sound through, and there was a long, dark hair stuck to the shower wall.
