Best hotel ive stayed at in a very long time. Will definitely be back to stay. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was uber clean. The beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of snacks to choose from in the lobby which was a huge conveince.

We enjoyed our stay, it was conveniently located behind gas stations and a McDonald's. Check in was a breeze, access to room was very easy. Would most definitely stay here again if coming through area.

Buyer beware-LQ now charges a pet fee (I did not know that since the last time I stayed here in January). You get the same old room for extra money if you have a pet along. Do some shopping around for a "pet friendly" room.

I got in around 9pm and had to wait 10 mins before anyone would come to the front desk. I had been driving 9 hours that day and as really tied. She was rude and not helpful at all, bathroom was nasty and the ac was so loud making all kinds of weird noises I couldn’t sleep, check out was at 11am but I kept being disturbed by staff wondering when I was going to leave ? Completely unprofessional will never go to this dump again.

Great visit, great atmosphere and a really nice turn around for the property and staff. New management has made a difference. Brenda Smith is doing something right! We visited this location a couple years ago. It was rundown and frumpy, TV issues and a few other things, but not the worst hotel either. Now THIS visit was a complete turn around. No issues. Pool & hot tub were clean and working. The hotel has a clean, bright and the positive attitude was seriously apparent. You can tell the hotel is now taken care of and so is the staff. They care and it shows.

I have stayed at many many La Quintas , since Wyndam has taken over there have been many problems with reservations, cancelling, service in general has been poor. It is time to get your act together or people will start to look for other hotels

I specifically booked two Queen beds to accommodate our party of four. We were given two full-size beds without being informed of the switch. We arrived tired. When realizing the problem, I asked for the correct bed size, only to be informed that the hotel had no Queen beds. This made for a very uncomfortable night’s stay. They should have declined the reservation if they were unable to fulfill the request. Instead, they pulled a switch.

Walked into hotel with laughing staff and thats makes the difference, I've stayed for over a week waiting on my truck to be repaired, Thanks to Brenda and her staff they made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed meeting other truckers.

We have stayed here before while traveling. We got stuck in traffic for 3 hours, arrived at 10:00pm and they couldn’t find our reservation. Wrong hotel. No I made the reservation and put in that address from my reservation into my navigation unit. No doubt this is the correct hotel. We dont have your reservation number. After 15 minutes she found it but it didnt’ have my name on it. Then walked in with 2 dogs and “OH we now charge $20.00 for 1 night & $40.00 for 2 nights.” We pulled out a $20. And gave it to her. We get to the room and the carpet is torn and the back of the door in the bathroom is all scratched up. Now I take photos and TAKE them down the the front desk because our PHONE has no dial tone so can’t use it. I show her and she makes a note of it. I go back up to the room and decide I had better get her signature and back down I went. I tell her I want a copy of this agreement I signed because it is a $250. Charge for any damage to the room and would like her to document the room damage. I finally convinced her that I wasn’t leaving and she finally did it. I rode down the elevator with a young man who had worked 13 hours, just wanted his dinner in the microwave heated. The room microwave didnt’ work so he went down to warm up his dinner. Bless his heart. Their microwave was locked up so had to wait until I was done. Breakfast was OK but not great. Then ice...on the 2nd & 3rd floor however the one on the 2nd floor didn’t work. So we went up to the 3rd floor for ice. Now this room was $95.00 with a $20. Pet fee. I have been staying at LaQuinta’s for 25 years and my stays are frequent and a premium member. To say the least I know they are on a new system just this month but to not have my reservation. I went to the sight and I couldn’t pull it up with my conformation number or theirs which was on the bill? Our whole experience was horrible. All this happened between 10:00pm and we were back on the road at 7:15am. This merge with Wyndham is not a good one for us traveling with pets and apparently they have issues with their maintenance crew. So disappointed. They got a 2 because it was pretty clean and a great dog potty area.

The king suite has a weird set up. Like they left something out. Bed on one end let out bed on the other end. Bed was also pretty stiff. Small TV in the middle. The bed didn't have a blanket. Just a top sheet with ruffles. The breakfast didn't have any cut up fruit or any yogurt. Other than that the room was clean.
