This stay was not as good as my other stays at this location. However The front desk lady was amazing. The room had an issue with the AC leaking and the maintenence man came swiftly and fixed that, during him fixing the AC there was an issue with the TV. After locating a 3rd TV even though it was incredibly small i was satisfied that it worked. He was very friendly and professional. The room definitely needed updating as there was some issues within the room (i.e. toilet seat, sink handle, burn holes in comforter) my main issue was the water pressure was horrible, and the beds looked very comfortable but that was very decieving, it was literally like sleeping on the springs. Im glad it was only for a few hours to get some sleep so i could drive the rest of the trip. I will give them another chance because my previous stays were good.

If you are looking for a safe place to sleep then this place will satisfy the need but if you are wanting a nice clean room with a good pillow, you might be disappointed. My pillow smelled bad and the bedding had stains.The staff members at the front desk were friendly.

When I arrived here the toilet was stopped up overflowing with feces that would not give me another room I had to plan to myself Dominic finally gave me another room there was no towels it was horrible I bet you were all that is sick

My new midway stop!

Staff was amazing!!! Room could use some attention, however it wasn't horrible. It was quiet for the most part and I felt safe.Location is convenient and everyone in town is so friendly. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you.

My first red flag should have been once i had booked and paid i received an email warning me the hotel was under construction. But that still wouldnt have excused the room smelling like mold and having to step over a minumum of 3 live cockroaches every morning going to shower. This place is beyond run down and even though it is a red roof inn it was worse quality than most one star motels.

So the positive. The worker at night was working hard being a one person show, it was cheap and no extra charge for pets and we'll lit but that's all the positives. Do not stay here if you want comfort and cleanliness. The floor was dirty the remote to TV didn't work and was dirty. It looked dangerous with electrical outlets. There were empty solo cups in the room, no towels and no soap. I appreciate the price but didn't feel comfortable in the rooms we booked.

I wouldnt stay at this places. We were definitely in the hood. People doing drug deals after hours. Next door where we stayed at they were smoking pot,the smoke came through our room. There was a man and women in the room next to us the man was beating on the women. She keep telling him to stop, please help, threw her into our bedroom door. Finally the cops showed up but dont know what happened to the lady. I will never stay here ever again. This place definitely needs to be off of hotels.com to protect other people expecially women.
