The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast provided was decent. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

We had 13 people in 3 rooms and had a pleasurable experience. One rrom was a suite and it was nice having the kitchenette to entertain with our group.

This facility is relatively new, has a friendly and helpful staff and is in a good location. I was travelling on business, so my stay was short, but enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Staff was rude, room they put us in first was filthy. Carpet looked like someone had died on it! They moved us to another room that was fair but will never stay there again!

The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. This hotel is worth the money for a clean, comfortable room with the amenities.

Reserved online the last room available for up to 5 guests, which was a smoking room. I didn't think it would be horrible so I booked it. We checked in at 10pm so we were tired and ready for a good night sleep. Well, once we checked in we went to our room and as soon as we got off the elevator immediately we could smell pot. We proceeded to go into our room hoping it was better smelling than the hallway. Unfortunately, it smelled the same and it was coming from one the rooms down from us. We were super tired that we didn't want to spend anymore time asking for another room, plus we figured there would not be another since online said that was the last room for 5. Thankfully, the window could open so we slept the entire night with our window open so that we could breath fresh air throughout the night. The carpet and window bench had cigarette burns, which is expected for a smoking room. Some towels had stains, more than likely permanent stains but definitely should be reviewed by staff prior to placing for others to use. Liked that it had a "kitchen" area and pillows were very comfy.

This hotel met our need for a hotel convenient to the RTJ golf course. Not a lot of amenities.

Our room was what was expected for the price range. Nice size bathroom with plenty of extra linens available. The continental breakfast was average. Our room was always clean & smelled fresh. A guest laundry is available & came in handy for our extended stay. The staff were exceptional - very friendly, helpful & genuine. I will definitely be staying here again, because of the wonderful staff!

This is a great place to stay for one night. Wouldn't be good for a long term stay.

Just passing though. Needed a safe, quiet and clean place to sleep. It met all of three of our needs.

Over Christmas Holidays, not crowded at all. Clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was OK, but not great, very limited choices. Plenty of parking, inside hallways, with room just off elevator and ice machine.

The staff here were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was ample dining and other entertainment nearby.

Staff was very nice and courteous! The room was clean and everything went well.

Rooms were clean, but small. Staff friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms; 2 of the rooms had used towels removed but were not given replacements. Fitness center small (1 treadmill, 1 bike machine, 1 elliptical). Breakfast was okay, but not great. (Toaster only had one side that worked; gravy bland; no eggs; etc.) Once, when passing through the lobby about midday, the TV was on a movie channel with extraordinarily foul language. Small children were present but the desk clerk seemed oblivious. There was excessive noise late into the night (until 2am - 4am): loud conversations, TVs turned up, doors slamming, etc. Not exactly the hotel's fault but would have been nice to have someone checking the halls for such disturbances.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a little overpriced for the size. It got noisy at night, but overall a nice place to stay.

CLERK WAS ON THE PHONE AND DIDNOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME FOR THE FIRST 15 MINUTES. EXITING CLERK AND ALL OTHER STAFF WERE GREAT

Though our flat screen TVs weren't working on arrival, they were quickly fixed. The food was great. I even left a cable for my laptop there and they were willing to let me look through their lost and found to find it a week later.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms though small were decorated to maximize the space. The rooms were very clean.

We stayed here for one night. We enjoyed the free cookies in the welcome area. The room was a little smaller than we liked, but it makes a good one-night stay. The room had a nice HDTV and it was clean. The continental breakfast was typical of most hotels, but all of the staff at this hotel were very friendly -- even the maintenance staff asked us how we were doing. I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a night or two, but it makes a good stop for a pass through to vacation and would be a good value for those who are primarily doing business.

This is my first stay at a Microtel. The location of this unit is where I needed to begin my following morning but do not expect a lot of entertainment choices. New building (Fall '08), with friendly staff, very clean rooms, internet, etc. I personally appreciated the small room size for what I needed (why make extra steps?) which is quick overnight business travel. Decent continental style breakfast in the a.m. Couple of decent restaurant choices within walking distance. My only very minor issue would be with the noise from the washer/dryer which would only affect a couple of rooms. Mini fridge is available for room upgrade. If your company is frugal with expenses, this is a great stay.
