Property was clean and fresh, and Angela at the front desk was amazingly helpful when Orbitz left me standing at the front desk on hold with customer service for almost an hour due to a glitch in their system. Checked in on my own with Angela’s help and still on hold for an Orbitz refund, going on 70 minutes now, as I sit in my lovely room. Five stars for the hotel and for Angela, and if possible to leave Orbitz a negative rating I would.
Clean property and walking distance to restaurants
Hotel staff were nice ladies. The property was the issue. It was in disrepair and unclean. The in room air conditioner was so so so loud. I didn’t sleep well bc of the noise. The towels were comically scratchy. The overall feel of the place was of being run down and in need of attention.

My in room coffee machine had a used coffee bag that was growing mold. Staff was great and friendly to me and my daughter.

Can't beat a location that takes an hour to visit family to the west Pensacola, Florida or to the east Bolixi, Mississippi. Friendly and helpful employees with a very filling daily breakfast. Even though the hotel was under renovation, our four day stay was pleasant and relaxing. Thank you and we'll be back again.
Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was ok, but could have been better. Breakfast host was definitely an A+. Sunday morning Dec. 10. 2017.
The hotel is either fairly new or recently renovated. Very easy to access from interstate and conveniently located. Nice facilities, good breakfast. The suites do feel a little bit crowded, maybe too much furniture. All in all, a good choice at a good price. Would certainly recommend it and would absolutely stay there again.
I was really tired when I walked in had been driving over 12 hours the place was great. The staff are friendly and the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable!

This was a very good hotel for a reasonable price. It was a suite with comfortable beds and plenty of living area space. I came down for the Senior Bowl and it wasn't far from the stadium (due to its close proximity to I-10). Also, it has a commercial area nearby should you need to get something to eat, get your car serviced, or pick up anyting you need that you might have forgotten. It is outside the city of Mobile but it is close to the city limits. Also, it ony took about 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to Biloxi and its casinos. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
