The last night the air conditioner did not work our room was 85 but it was late and wanted the kids to get some sleep.

Town Suites was okay. When we arrived, there was no one behind the counter. We waited about 10 minutes for the clerk to come to the desk, and for us to get our room keys. Breakfast was pitiful: cereal and a few store bought muffins you get at the gas station. Room was okay. Fridge was so noisy I had to pull the plug. Both the tub and sink stuffed up when I shaved or took a shower. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. All in all, it was decent but I would not go back.

My stay in Eagan was very nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was close and the fully equiped kitchen came in handy. We saved money on eating out.

We have stayed here before. Wish it offered breakfast but there is a Starbucks and Brueggers Bagels across the highway. Very convenient and reasonably priced.

This was great. From the moment i entered the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, i knew we made the right choice. The rooms were very clean, spacious, lots of windows, amenities. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful at this hotel. Super location, adjacent to the interstate and several restaurants. I couldn't be more pleased.

It was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to everything I needed. Strictly Business

We arrived late at night and there was no parking. The pool is outdoors and is small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms with kitchens are very nice to have when traveling with 3 children and 2 in our family of 5 have food allergies, which makes it nearly impossible to eat out. The walls in the bathroom and kitchen needed cleaning!!!!

Attended a graduation

The booking site said complimentary breakfast, but there wasn't any. Perhaps to be expected since there are kitchens in the rooms, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I chose this hotel because I wanted a little extra space to let the kids run around, and that was a help, but staying only one night, we didn't utilize the kitchen.

Very accomidating and helpful. Also very nice shuttle service

Upon check in the front desk staff was very accomidating. The room was more then we expected. There was a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot & oven/stove. There were dishes, pots, pans & silverware. We stayed in this hotel for only one night but could've stayed a month! My dad & I stayed here because it was close to the airport & I had an early morning flight to catch. I let my dad have the queen bed & I slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator & we had a very quiet night. There are serveral restraunts close some even walking distance. I would stay here again.

I came to stay here with a couple friends as a treat to ourselves for new years. First problem was checking in, after I had already been charged for the suite they told my I could not check in because I was 19, not 21, even though that wasn't listed anywhere on this site. Thankfully another friend was able to check us in. The room was large, though we expected a bigger based off of the website pictures and the fact that some other friends also staying there got a much, much larger room, even though they only had three people staying in it while we had five. The guy at the front desk had a major attitude with me and at one point tried telling us to leave. We did leave a bit of a mess, but we picked it up the best we could with the couple of extra garbage bags left in the room. Even so, I still got charged an extra 50 dollars, which I am not at all happy about and don't plan on ever staying here again between that and the poor customer service.

I was ablre to walk to most locations because the hotel was centrally located

Attended football game

This hotel is in a great location, minutes from majors freeways, the airport, and Mall of America. Also, many nice restaurants are within walking or short driving distance. The pool is outdoors and is quite small. There is also no hottub. The pool also did have some floating debris, so we did not use it. Overall, nice hotel with very clean rooms! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Would have liked an indoor pool for the kids because it rained but otherwise a great experience. We will definately stay again.

Good location and a clean hotel. I would suggest a minimal continental breakfast. Nothing excessive but something would have been nice.

Nice & friendly staff & room was well equipped.

-We enjoyed walks in the neighborhoods nearby. -We had some GREAT breakfasts at Junior's Grill, only a block away. He also serves lunch there, though we only took advantage of the breakfasts. -Great value! -Convenient access to nearby freeways without the traffic noise. -Loved the full kitchen!!
