The check-in area reeked of cigarette smoke. Thankfully that didn't carry over into the room. The person checking me in took forever and thought I was staying for 6 nights, not 2 and asked me for the same information multiple times. The upholstery on the room furniture was all disgusting. Large stains everywhere and just gross looking. Very noisy stay. Lots of college aged boys being very unruly and loud well into the night.

Very nice hotel. The pool is small but very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bag breakfast isn't worth your time.

The rooms were spacious, gym had basics that are needed Appointments / decor bare bones With a two bedroom suite, and pull out sofa there should be two bathrooms, that was the biggest pain in the stay and competitive hotel chains have that
Large room, roll in shower, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, basic breakfast available before breakfast time opening, comfortable bed, very clean, in fine condition.

I had an interesting stay at this hotel over the course of two weeks. I found it odd but the hotel does/did not clean the room daily. If the housekeeper entered the room, she literally walked past trash, towels, and visible crumbs. We requested bedding and took the old bedding off and she left the next bedding sitting on the edge of the bed instead of putting it on the bed. It was a an extremely experience to say the least. Additionally, I got into a verbal altercation with the hotel van dispatcher, Kim. She works at the other hotel across the street. She and Dan (van driver) were very rude. I will NEVER return to this hotel chain.
Great place to stay. Awesome amenities! Hot cocoa Bar!! Only one con, bed was a little too hard for our liking. Other than that this place is great!
The last night the air conditioner did not work our room was 85 but it was late and wanted the kids to get some sleep.
Town Suites was okay. When we arrived, there was no one behind the counter. We waited about 10 minutes for the clerk to come to the desk, and for us to get our room keys. Breakfast was pitiful: cereal and a few store bought muffins you get at the gas station. Room was okay. Fridge was so noisy I had to pull the plug. Both the tub and sink stuffed up when I shaved or took a shower. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. All in all, it was decent but I would not go back.
My stay in Eagan was very nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was close and the fully equiped kitchen came in handy. We saved money on eating out.
We have stayed here before. Wish it offered breakfast but there is a Starbucks and Brueggers Bagels across the highway. Very convenient and reasonably priced.
This was great. From the moment i entered the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, i knew we made the right choice. The rooms were very clean, spacious, lots of windows, amenities. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful at this hotel. Super location, adjacent to the interstate and several restaurants. I couldn't be more pleased.

We arrived late at night and there was no parking. The pool is outdoors and is small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms with kitchens are very nice to have when traveling with 3 children and 2 in our family of 5 have food allergies, which makes it nearly impossible to eat out. The walls in the bathroom and kitchen needed cleaning!!!!

The booking site said complimentary breakfast, but there wasn't any. Perhaps to be expected since there are kitchens in the rooms, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I chose this hotel because I wanted a little extra space to let the kids run around, and that was a help, but staying only one night, we didn't utilize the kitchen.
