The bathroom was great. It had a separate tub(with a TV) and shower.

Friendly, great location to US Bank Stadium. Only suggestion is to have more information about food services within the hotel.

Alas, the “Grand” has expired. Gym is good but limited hours. Lobby coffee good but limited hours. Room had no place for two people to sit. Lobby seating is awkward. Staff is there but not “present”. No one, including Orbitz, bothered to inform me that they were changing affinity program between my reservation and arrival. Bed okay, shower okay.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered complimentary wine on Friday! It was quiet and pretty close to restaraunts and the transit Downtown. My only complaint would be that the water did not get hot enough for a shower. The three nights that I spent there, the water was warm at best. Hopefully this has since been resolved.

the stay was nice good people and a friendly staff would recommend this hotel

The staff was just enough invisible as they needed to be. When we needed them they were there. Otherwise , it was as if they were shadows; there but never in the way. The facilities were fabulous . I especially liked the pool and steam room. As well , I thought their bartender was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay in Minneapolis and the Klimpton Grand Hotel is now my Minneapolis home.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We attended a concert at US Bsnk Stadium and walking was very easy. We ventured out and it is also in walking distance to Target Field. The room was spacious and clean. The food was very over priced.

The hotel has several disadvantages including a very small area for pick up and drop off. Thenlobby area is garish. Also the electronic key system needs adjusting. The first night I was unable to use the card to gain access and had to return to the desk to get card activated. The second night neither card worked and the master key didn't work and I had to be moved. The other room I had reserved the TV remotes did not work rendering the TV unusable. No plans to return to this hotel

Very great I would stay there when ever I go mpls.

A hotel with a bit of eclectic decor. Walking distance within downtown Minneapolis to many restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Would stay again.

Kimpyon grand was a good value for a family visit I needed to make.

Great location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Inviting lobby and decor.

Going to a baseball game at Target Field? The Grand is just a few blocks away! And the hotel amenities help provide a relaxing stay - the bar, with its good drinks and food, a clean room with prompt room service, and, although we didn't use it, there is quite an expansive gym.

The Grand Hotel Minneapolis is a gem in the downtown area. It is close to light rail, attractions and shopping. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I felt safe in the hotel and walking around in the downtown area adjacent to it. The room was spacious and well appointed.

A nice hotel in a good location. Bathrooms are huge and bed was comfortable. They brought me a bottle of champange on the house for my birthday.

A beautiful hotel with unique amenities. The staff was wonderful and always smiling! Great place to gather with family and friends.
