This home was very cosy and clean. The home was just as described and the location was good. The neighborhood was safe and easy for us to get to other things in St Paul area. I especially liked the fireplace for warming up in front of on a chilly day. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely space, wonderful outdoor areas, had everything we needed for the kitchen. Check-in/check-out instructions were detailed and helpful, and the stay went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend!

The cottage was fairly easy to find and gain access to, the cottage was well furnished and very comfortable. Location was within walking distance to restaurants, convenience store and the LQ. Thank you Damien for the wonderful stay and we hope to return next year

St Paul Cottage

Damien was very responsive to questions when booking this property. We had a small issue checking in that he walked us through over the phone. Beds are comfortable, upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm. The property is located near a major highway so there was some traffic noise. Small conveniences such as yard games and coffee grinder were noticed and appreciated. Very cute cottage. Deck needs some maintenance. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect spot for family

Everything the owners have control over was absolutely perfect! Beautiful home with ALL the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen items you'd need for a stay with a full family! Tons of space and the beds were SO comfortable! A couple things to note that owners dont have control over but should be noted: the stairs are pretty steep and must be taken to get to bedrooms. May be difficult for elderly. The home is very close to a busy street as well, but its perfectly located to easily get to so many cool things so totally worth it. Absolutely 10/10 would love to stay here again in the future. 😊

Amazing hosts, great place to stay

Damian was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any questions and requests, and really personalized our visit. The location is great, minus some road noise being that it’s right off of Snelling Ave. Would stay here again!

Bonus outdoor space

The house itself was comfortable, well-equipped and had nice character, but what makes this house special is the extensive outdoor space with inviting sitting areas and room for kids to run around. Our guests from overseas felt very relaxed here.

This is a charming character home. It’s in very good condition for its age and is well maintained. The host communicated well. During our stay we had a minor issue with the property. The host dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. The outdoor space is lovely and a nice perk in a vacation rental. We would stay here again.

The house was great! The only issue we had was with the road noise. With all the windows shut it was not an issue, but when you open up the house the traffic is noisy. Overall a great stay, everything was clean, the owners were very helpful when our flight was cancelled.

Holidays with family

I was looking for a place in the cities where my family could call home base while we visited family and friends during Christmas. This house had all the sleeping arrangements we needed to accommodate our family of 6 who came from 3 different states. The home is comfortable and has so much charm. A great location! We were there during the cold snap of Christmas so extra blankets were a must! Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating.
