The rooms need updating. Specifically the bathrooms. Also no food options, breakfast, decent coffee in the morning. There used to be much more offered

I always try to stay at this Holiday Inn when I am in the Eagan area because it is quiet, clean, and a good value.

This was a simple stay-fly across country all day, stay the night, then drive north for several days of fishing and touring. Perfect location, very quiet, even with jets overhead-never heard them

This hotel is tucked off the beaten path but close to restaurants and businesses. It was quiet, clean and the staff were cordial and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Worked perfect for our needs

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The weekend was extremely busy and the shuttle to the Mall of America was running at their very minimum. It would have been nice to be able to be picked up sooner. There was also NO parking! The lot was full when we got back from our evening out. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay and it was delicious!

The door shut behind me and it was pitch black I bumped into walls and could not find the light switch or the door handle, very scary and unsafe.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We love the wooded setting and although I-494 is right there, you don't really see or hear it. However, on each visit we have had a small maintenance issue. This time it was the coffee pot. The pot itself had been replaced and was too short to reach the drip stop release, so all the coffee was in the basket and wouldn't drain into the pot. They took care of it but it made quite a mess.

Hotel was older but ok. Directly below airplanes taking off. Good sound proofing makes it workable.

we stayed here the night before we flew out for a family cruise. Nice that it was close to the hotel and it decreased flight costs by a couple hundred dollars each!

No fridge or microwave in room - very unusal for this type of hotel.
