I honestly cannot give a good review. I was just there for the night, as my mother was sick and in a near-by hospital, but I did not feel good being in this property... It felt dirty (the security doors behind the front desk were filthy... and that was before I even got to my room)! It smelled terrible... stale and musty! When in my room, I could literally see through the crack in the threshold. I did not feel safe! Sadly, I couldn't wait to get out of there!

Decent but dated, excellent service

The front service was EXCELLENT. Professional, respectful, and helpful are a few examples. The room was decent. Clean. Felt a bit dated for me. The one thing I didn't like was there was some type of beetle like big on the bed when i moved the pillows. Another big positive for me was that they allow pets.

Tory( I believe was his name) was very kind and patient while checking us in. Stated it had been a very challenging evening with the internet going down and some disruptive guests. He said the 3rd and 4th floors had a lot of noise due to sports teams staying there. But he assured us we were in an area that was very quiet. He was right, we were not disturbed all night. The hotel cannot control who books rooms or their behavior they might bring. The hotel is dated and could use some updating to meet the Hilton Standard

1 night family stay with kids - check in staff took a while to come to the counter, but was polite and quickly switched us rooms when our first bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush/chain broken. Rooms are outdated, tv not updated (no Netflix etc option), pool was ok, hot-tub was like a warm bath and dirty. Plus side - Beds were comfy and air conditioner worked great.

Very good structured building. I say that because of a very strong wind and rain storm hit the area. 60+ mph winds. We did not feel any effects of the storm in our room.

Our experience was good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they definitely weren’t the worst I’ve sleep on. The waffle maker is the slowest I’ve seen. They need to get it checked out and/or get a second one to make the breakfast line quicker.

Last minute perfection

Check in was a breeze- i arrived a few minutes prior to the 3p check in time and was in my room within 5 minutes. Quiet room. Pool looked clean Breakfast wasn't anything special- but filling. All the staff were amazing 👏
