The staff is very friendly here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are convenient to the hotel. To go breakfast is a nice touch when you don't have time to stop for the free breakfast they provide.

Fast, friendly check in! Rooms were large, very clean, and beds were comfortable. Nice variety of breakfast options. It was very busy due to a college sporting event, but the staff kept the breakfast area well stocked. We would stay here again!

Wonderful hotel! Great location! My family enjoyed the pool and of course i couldnt wait to get in hot tub. Very few hotels have a hot tub in area. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was goid also. Definitely will be returning to hotel. Thanks for a great experience!

I had the pleasure of staying two nights at the Hampton Inn in Burnsville. I was thrilled with the property from start to finish. Check in was a breeze, and Anthony was exemplary in making the process as smooth as any I have ever had. I travel for a living, so that is saying a lot. It's fairly easy to navigate the hotel, and the elevators were always quick. Having only 4 floors makes that helpful. I didn't get to check out the pool and hot tub, but I noticed they were very clean, and obviously had people around making sure towels were out, and everything was good to go. The property is located right off of I-35 coming into Minneapolis from the south. Be aware that this means you have about a 20 minute drive to and from the downtown area. To me, that is ideal, as I prefer being away from overcrowded areas which can be all too common when bigger events are in town. When the interstate splits into 35E/35W, it can be a bit confusing, but you can actually access the property from either, so that is really helpful when trying to plan your trek into the city, and whether you're going to Minneapolis or St. Paul. Parking is plentiful, as there is a lot in the back for any overflow. Be careful leaving the hotel, though, the street leads you into a one way roundabout, and you can only go right. I saw a few people mess this up, so heads up there. As far as my room goes, I was happy with the set up. Standard king room with pull out sleeper. Sheets and towels were clean, bed was comfy, as was the pull out bed. The room was also very spacious. Wall mounted temperate controls worked perfectly, and I had a great view of the back parking lot. :) With the closeness of the interstate, I was worried it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I can not recommend this place enough! If you are gonna be in the MSP area, you'd do good for yourself to book here.

Loved the hotel. After after a full day of activities, we looked forward to the hottub, and then sinking into the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The staff here are friendly and good to give ideas. Easy access to the airport, Mall of America, outlets, zoo, and Twin Cities. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

the staff is awesome ! knows how to make you feel good about being there. suggested good places to eat , shop, and the road detours . would recommend to others love these guys the location is an easy in easy out to a busy city yet the rooms are quiet good place

As we were driving to the Twin Cities, we decided to stay at a hotel versus with family. I was very pleased with our choice. For a last minute stay, very reasonable. Free breakfast, free internet, pool and spa plus fitness center.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I relly ejoyed my stay. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and nice, there is a microwaive and a small fridge in the room. The window can be open and it's great to have some fresh air. Breakfast is good. The hotel is in a great location as well.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good hot breakfast. Would stay here again. Pool and hot tub have extended hours. Even a vending machine with frozen foods to purchase and take back to your room. No issues with the internet during our stay.

Well located proper located at south end of I-35 E and W. Able to pay less and still go into twin cities and conduct business. I wish they would have a pantry for snacks and such but tree are a good assortment of upscale eateries in the area.
