Room and hotel were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Mini mini fridge was too small. A full size mini fridge was expected. Pool and pool area was clean but very small. We were promised an adjoining room but upon arrival was told they never guarantee that. That was disappointing since we were traveling with a toddler and baby in the group.

The room was decorated nicely & very clean. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and accommodating. I called for a hair dryer and lotion and he brought it to the room right away. What i didnt appreciate were the owner choices. Low pressure water mizer in the shower. Not saving anything when my shower takes twice as long to get wet and rinsed. The basic amenities were on the wall in the shower. Soap, shampoo and conditioner. The only amenity on the vanity a small bar of soap. Strange not to see lotion or makeup removal wipes. There is a flat roller instead of a round roller for the toilet paper holder, so you could only get maybe 4- 6 squares/"roll". If you want to save in toilet paper install bidet's. The ironing board was very difficult to remove. There was only one chair in the room. The lighting was too dim to do any work. One maintenance issue the mixer valve in the shower needs to be fixed. We were both scalded in our showers with very hot water 1/2 way through our showers. Fyi, you need a set of towels for each pillow in a room. We were in a king for 2 days and only 3 bath towels 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. I am well aware i can request more linens or items, but a guest should only need to if the are using more than normal.

Room was spotless, but the temperature was set on A/C at 52 degrees. Entered room with a blast of frozen air. Thursday night's temperature was 14 degrees outside. Chilly greeting, LOL. Luckily I was going straight out to dinner and allowed the room to warm up in my absence.

The room was great. The only problem we experienced was it took 5-10 min for hot water to get to us. We were at the end of the run of our floor. That is A LOT of water waste. The staff was AMAZING and helpful.
