We provide more than just beds and a place to sleep, we strive to make your stay unique and extremely comfortable!

Our rental is equipped with a foosball table, 4 Tvs, board games, a spacious private backyard with firepit, grill, outdoor dining, and much more!

** Please note there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level, if someone has difficulties going up and down stairs our rental is not ideal.

House Rules:

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up

🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required

Great space for us moms and our three seniors to hang out and get to all the places the girls wanted to go. The hot tub was nice and close to the house for our snowy nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make meals. The host had great communication.

Excellent Family Accommodations

We were a group of 13 people ages 20 months through 70 years old. Plenty of room for everyone to move about and thoughtfully provided accessories for little ones like porta crib, toys, and dinnerware. Hot tub, fire pit, and Foosball were thoroughly enjoyed. Indoor fire place In living room was decorative only. Host communication was excellent! Location was great!

We had so much fun staying here. It was close to everything we needed and tucked away enough that we felt at home. We had a great time as a family with the hottub, fire pit and fooseball table!

Great location, well stocked house and generous hosts!

This house was the perfect place to stay at for our spring break/birthday celebration trip for one of our daughters. It is in a great location, a quick ride to most places in the area but tucked away in a nice neighborhood with an awesome quiet back yard and super nice hot tub. The house was perfectly set up for a stay with just about anything you could need away from home. Beds were super comfortable and house was very clean with lots of towels, toiletries and kitchen equipment. We had a wide range of ages staying here and was comfortable for everyone.

Richfield house

The house worked well for our group. We were in town for a wedding and had multiple families coming together. We enjoyed our stay. The kids/teens all loved the hot tub. We were able to cook large meals in the kitchen. It was a bit difficult to only have 2 bathrooms and none on main level. The stairs are also a bit steep and were a challenge for my almost 80yo parents to navigate.

Amazing!

We traveled from Illinois to see my grandma. Her apartment was too little so we found this air b&b to stay at so we could all have fun and be together. The house was perfect. There were a lot of beds and really big size rooms. The host provided a lot of stuff to help with our stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, eye makeup remover, seasonings in the kitchen, snacks, plus more. The owner was very easy to communicate with I had to text her a couple times and she answered right back and told us multiple times if we needed anything to let her know. The house is very kid friendly, lots of space for them to run around. The backyard is also amazing. We would stay here again!
