Jack hammers woke us up at 7 am. Construction next door is expected to take a FEW YEARS. I wish they would have been honest with us up front. We would have gone somewhere else.

Sissapointed in our stay at the Brewhouse!!! No bit of being in such an incredible building could make up for the horrible service and experience we had. From the start we arrived at 5:30pm Friday night and check in was supposed to be 4pm they said that the manager went up to see which room was ready for us which shouldn't have been the case because check in is at 4pm but we sat in the lobby for 1hr waiting to get into a room. While we sat there we heard and saw 3 more guests coming back to desk to see if their room was ready yet and answer was always not quite yet. Nobody said anythingto us so we approached the desk once more to ask about or room and the guy said oh yes sorry your room is ready he proceeded to create the keys and had nerve to say let me just call one more time to make sure its ready. Says yep you are set so we proceed up elevator only to see cleaning person just leaving our room with a trash bag. How confident was i that the rushing of cleaning our room was done not very! I felt dirty laying in that bed. Fun doesnt stop there next morning we call valet to bring our van around and they said it would be ready in 5min. We checkout and go outside only tonit find our vehicle waiting. Valet states to us our car is next so sorry but we wait 20 minutes while watching them bring 4 cars around then comes and says that he is so sorry but they cant find our keys because the ticket we received doesnt match any tickets on the keys they had couldnt find car once key found

Great theme hotel, unique rooms, very nice rebuild of historic building.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Called down for more body wash and K-cups and they immediately ran it up. Tip: Parking in the large garage deck directly across from lobny entrance was only $10 if you can't find street parking.

For the cost of this hotel, you may as well stay downtown and be near bars, restaurants, etc. Also, for being a place called the "Brewhouse" it is surprisingly hard to get a beer, unless you don't might the adjoining bro-bar with all the sport-os. In the end I had to walk into town for a good beer. Been looking forward to staying here since it was being rehabilitated, and visited when it was under construction in 2012. The rehab really fell short. Asides from some of the obvious advantages of the building, such as the tanks and stained glass, the rest of it just felt generic. The carpet in the building really took away from the look of the tile, and the televisions on the wall showing old beer ads just seemed like an afterthought. I am not sure why the place costs what it does, when you can pay the same amount downtown and have the advantages of an actual nice hotel. Alas.

Enjoyed this upscale boutique hotel. It felt like we were the only ones there! Rooms were extremely quiet with room darkening shades. Beds were plush and comfy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a unique overnight experience.

Really lovely unique hotel with history. The room was comfortable and clean. Even though we didn't use it, the kitchenette would be awesome for a longer stay. Having said that, I *always* appreciate having a fridge in a room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning!

This hotel was a very unique hotel. It had a lot of character being a former brewery. The hotel room felt like a small sweet. The staff was very friendly.

I really loved my stay at the Brewhouse Inn. I was in Milwaukee for work for three days. The room was clean and super roomy, and the staff was friendly. It was a pretty quiet stay for me while I was there. My only gripes were the ridiculous elevator bell and if guests were loud. I could sometimes hear both from inside my room, which makes sense because the hotel is completely open in the center, so it acts as an echo chamber. Other then that, great place. I'd definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed here on our way up to Randolph to pick up some furniture. The hotel was very quiet. Not very busy at all. That said it was a pretty cool environment. Very unique. Parking was only 5 bucks at the garage. Lots of cool old buildings from the old Pabst footprint. 15 minute walk to the river. The pub in the building is solid.

Beautiful rooms. Seemed clean but there was an old contact lens on the floor when we checked in so the floor wasn't cleaned I'm sure. Great bar with awesome food but we could hear every noise from it in our room. The staff relocated us at midnight. I would definitely recommend requesting to be far away from the bar.

It was a great stay! Last time we stayed in one of the suites and this time we stayed in a regular room and it was a bit surprising walking into our room because it was much smaller. Its smaller than a typical hotel room. It felt like a small studio apt in NY. Overall great trip tho!

The hotel was very cool! We loved the refurbished motif.

Went to see Bulls game and booked this hotel because of its uniqueness. What a surprise when we were treated to the friendliness staff. Obviously very well trained!

This hotel is very cute. I love the retro, industrial Pabst decor. Very cool! The staff was nice, the food was great, the room was clean. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. I love how they are renovating older neighborhoods in Milwaukee and making them great again. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Great job!

Loved the room! So clean and comfortable. Staff always had a smile and greeting.

I was blown away by the style, comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. We stayed in the Baron Suite and it it was like our own private apartment! Full kitchen with silverware, stove and refrigerator are just a few of the little surprises you'll get when staying at the Brewhouse! Every hotel should be like this one! With all of the comforts of your own home for just a few bucks more! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Anytime we're in Milwaukee, we will be staying at the Brewhouse!

The staff was just ok at best. Overall the hotel has some charm and character, but extremely uncomfortable stay, no area amenities and far from shopping and dining. The real issue is that the Hotel and Room are very poorly designed and planned. It is loud, which made it very uncomfortable and enjoyable all around. From our room we could hear all activity in the halls and the overall noise level made for a bad night sleep.

The room was great! we had the handicap room and while it had bars everywhere, the room was still just awesome. I loved the little features in the room to make it feel a little older and commemorate the old brewery. Staff were very friendly on top of it all.

Excellent Thank You,, Nice surprise.. Very cool to check out..

Thank you for writing such a detailed review. Beer is available for delivery to your room until 2am. You can find lots of building history in the guest directory in every room, your key folio has a lot of fun facts, the other tv's in the Kettle Atrium show a cool video of the renovation process as well. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our Industrial Steam Punk decor has a lot of fans and I am sorry that you are not one of them. Thanks for staying with us.
