I like how clean the room is and how nice staff is. However we were lied to about there being a refrigerator in the room and I was confused about the restaurant being closed due to COVID-19, yet the pool was open.. that doesn’t make sense.

Pool was cold. No coffee in room since COVID. Just not as great as it used to be.

hotel smelled like weed the first day . elevator not working had to walk up 3 flights of stairs .

The property was okay. The staff and housekeeping were terrible. They didn't wear masks and didn't care about there guests at all.

Its a great hotel but in COVid times its depressing, no staff 1-7am means most business folks have to leave without checkout at front, if your key is not working at 5am when you go to truck you are not getting back in your room! place was a "ghost town" with no coffee or anything

Very clean. Nice big rooms and a great pool. We'll be back.

Great a place to stay, friendly hotel staff. The only complaint I have is there is no sign to tell where to turn in for the hotel.

Restaurant was a sad menu and overly expensive. Room and staff were okay.

Cleanliness! Rooms and bathrooms where spotless; elevators, lobby and grounds showed pride in ownership.

Husband and I just getting away for a night for my bday and hotel was nicely updated and when we checked in the receptionist gave us a free breakfast for being my bday that was very nice! Rooms nice and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay again

There are plenty of food choices, but ask the locals where they eat. Check out the Kringle Store from O&H Danish Bakery. This will go perfect with your morning coffee. Room service is Bar service. The hamburger ordered was on point. Maybe someone left off the breakfast menu, but there was not one in the room. If you need a microwave or fridge be sure to request one before reserving - call hotel AND make it on special requests thru Orbitz. If you experienced small double queen rooms, you will NOT be disappointed here. The room was very very very spacious. Bathroom space, I will have an issue trying to fit behind the door. The Jacuzzi was out of order the entire 5 days. Great size pool between 15 to 20 people. Overall, yes I will stay there again because of the room size. Also, the hotel rooms where very quiet. I did not hear anyone except in hallway in morning my room was 4 doors from pool and fitness area. This hotel was full so that meant sound proof walls. 4.9 stars.

Very clean. Hot tub was closed which was frustrating but staff was extremely friendly. Pillows are very firm so bring your own if that's not what you like.

The things that could make a big positive change is putting a fridge and microwave in all the rooms.

Clean Room , Affordable, Super Comfortable , very close to a lot of stores and restaurants in case you need to get anything. Would definitely stay here again. Did not get to use the pool or eat in the restaurant. Great deal on Orbitz.

Everything was great, clean, inviting... the bed looked like a cloud. I can generally be comfortable on any bed, but neither my husband or I could sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. I can never return or recommend this hotel because it was that bad.

Rooms clean and comfortable; bed and bedding also good.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy that our staff was accommodating. All of our rooms have a mini fridge in the rooms, they are located under the tv in the cabinet.

Providing the top service to our guests is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting that for you. As for the mask issue, I will be looking into what happened as I know everyone at the front desk a;ways has a mask on due to the state wide mandate. Again, thank you for sharing your experience with us.
