Majestic views of Mt. Tam! This modern-furnished, spacious, stand-alone guest house has spectacular views of Mt. Tam and is about half a mile to downtown Mill Valley. The bedroom with queen bed and half bath is on the entry level and then upstairs is an open floor plan with a full sized kitchen, dining area, full bath and living area.

Comfy sheets and towels, full washer/dryer, full size viking fridge, wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen with coffee/toaster/blender/silverware/cooking pots/etc, large screen TV, cable, curated art on the walls.

This guest house has a queen bed for two people. There is a convertible DWR sofa bed for two additional guests (must be under the age of 12 yrs old). $20 per additional guest.

The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
