During this process we answer any question the guests may have about the apartment, the amenities or the neighborhood. Our site manager is available by SMS and also by Whats - App during all the guest’s stay. We are highly focused on providing the best service and experience for our guests and are careful and respectful of everyone's space and boundaries. We have a 50% return rate from our guests and their families, because they see our efforts and dedication as well as our attention to detail when it comes to the state of our unit.
