average / too expensive for the quality / not even a washcloth in bathroom / $30 resort fee even when you don't use anything

The location of this hotel was great and the rooms were very clean. There’s a small “resort” fee per night that’s in addition to the room fee. They have bikes you can use and towels and chairs for the beach, but unless you use those amenities, the resort fee is kind of pointless. Make sure to park in the garage near the hotel. I found a spot on the street and didn’t see the residential zone sign and my car was ticketed and towed. I wish someone mentioned that to us when we checked in because it needed up costing me $350. Overall, this is a simple and clean hotel. If that’s what you’re looking for a this place is great. If you’re looking to stay at a fancy hotel or resort this is not the place for you.

Location is great, many restaurant, Walgreens, CVS nearby, walking distance to the beach. The hotel is providing beach towels and beach chairs, only umbrellas are available for a fee.

The area was great

Very nice environment in the middle of everything

Amazing friendly staff. I accidentally overslept and they did not charge me for a late checkout! I’m usually very punctual but accidents happen and they were very understanding. I will 0 stay here next time I visit south beach. The rooms are modern/simple and really clean too

The manager and staff were amazing so it made the stay even better

Fun lobby and bar area, nice rooms and friendly, helpful staff!!

The location is great and the staff pretty nice, but the carpets and towels in the room had a lot of stains and need washing. The room also had an odd smell to it. Overall, ok experience. Thanks!

Great location, conveniently close to bus stops, convenience stores, the beach and great restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very plain. The valet wasexpensive and inconvenient because staff had to be alerted thirty minutes before arrival and departure. I felt the shuttle was overpriced and offsite parking was three blocks away.

Room as pictured, with modern tile, cool tile in big bathroom with 2 sinks and large shower and a powerful lid-less toilet. Nice channels, comfy king bed, trendy bar with daily happy hour. Little deli onsite. Helpful staff and go have a drink at sister restaurant Orilla. Great fish. Walk 12 minutes to find your beach lounges from Estabans.

The Urbanica Meridian Hotel is a wonderful discovery in Miami Beach: charming room, friendly staff, and a cute coffee bar area in the lobby. Thanks to the staff who directed me to the Argentine restaurant of their sister hotel one block away. A great meal. — Regrets was only in Miami Beach one night. I visit Miami four or five times a year and have seldom repeated a stay. I look forward to returning to the Urbanica Meridian, a delightful boutique hotel.

Cute boutique hotel with airy breakfast seating area. Large rooms, good soundproofing even though overlooks a main road. Excellent location 5 mins walk to beach. Breakfast is decent and kids eat free. We had an issue with the cleaners one day: they reused clearly soiled bedding but housekeeping resolved it. Their nearby sister restaurant Orilla just opened and is wonderful. Do factor in the daily resort fee as you may not get to use the towels and beach chairs every day depending on your check-in / check-out time.

love the open spaces of the property and the cafe has been redone a bit and seems much more functional with a simpler menu. I like the size of the rooms and the furniture design is simple but works well.

Love to be art deco theme of the hotel. And the location is ideal for anybody staying in South Beach. Don't want to be on the water and save some money.
