Great, they have beach service and loungers for hotel guests, Staff were exceptional. 3 min Uber to Franklin st shopping. Lots of restaurants all over that area too. Drinks on the patio late nite was great.

Perfect location. Short ride to MIA. Great restaurant. Pristine beach. Only quibble is the shower in the room poor temperature controls and the elevator. Pass key did not work well

Really enjoyed out stay although when I booked my app. I did not realize that the suits did not have balconies. Not clear enough when booking on expedia. Place is a little run down such as shower is old and does not work properly. Also no bathtubs! Place is very clean and our view was great!

The staff was very nice but overall this hotel needs a major upgrade. There was two guys staying in one room with only two large towels. There should be at least four. The bathrooms are very awkward with the toilet on one side and the vanity and another and no room to put your belongings the hallways were extremely warm and humid, which was very uncomfortable and at the end when I retrieved my car from valet, I had a nice dent in my door by one of the valet drivers so needless to say, I will never return to this hotel.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful property that is designed and decorated to feel more like a home than a hotel. FYI, restaurants, snack bar, drinks, in room stocked small refrigerator, all very expensive. Nice pool, short walk to beach. Lovely place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at the Palm Hotel and Spa. The room was well-maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. Room service was exceptional. We were on the 7th floor. Elevator service was most often timely. The restaurant was very nice but quite pricey. The beach was quite nice and the beach staff were courteous and very helpful.

Standard King Rooms Awful

Their standard king rooms are awful. The TV didn’t work. Rooms need to be renovated. The grounds are great and they’ve done a good job of keeping that looking fresh and modern. Location is excellent. Staff were all great!
