We had a very nice new suite and the staff is very helpful and nice, but this is not a hotel. It is more of a good Vrbo experience. For example, there are no food or drinks available onsite.

Wow my new favorite hotel in Miami-Coral Gables area. From the moment you get off your car the valet staff is greeting you. We walked into the lobby which smells Devine. The front desk staff all the ladies and gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with we were there a week and got to meet them all. Great customer service and very helpful recommending restaurants in the area. The room we had 2 bedroom unit 405 which was wonderful everything was very cleaned. The decor is top notch. Can't say enough good no great things able this place. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Thank you The Avenue for making our stay so enjoyable.

I had myself a little staycation at The Avenue for one night while my house was being tented and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. One of the highlights was the rooftop deck—especially the warm pool, which was perfect on a cool Miami evening. The views overlooking the City of Coral Gables were stunning and made for such a relaxing end to the day. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is nestled right next to Merrick Park, offering fantastic high-end shopping and excellent restaurant options just steps away. Having SoulCycle and Equinox directly across the street was also a huge plus for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine while traveling. The room itself was exceptional—beautifully designed with very high-end finishes, a full kitchen, a spacious and luxurious bathroom, and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything felt thoughtful, clean, and well-appointed. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. It felt equal parts relaxing, convenient, and upscale. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Coral Gables area.

The hotel was beautiful and very well decorated. It is very conveniently located with great restaurants and shops only a few steps away. Upon walking in to the hotel it smells amazing. The rooms and decor were beautiful. The valet and front desk were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was equipped with top of the line appliances and everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Smart TVs in each room and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop pool area was stunning. Beautiful views of the city and the pool temperature was perfection. I highly recommended staying at this wonderful hotel. I will be celebrating my anniversary soon and I’ve already booked our next stay!

The Avenue Hotel in Coral Gables is an absolute gem for travelers! Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient, especially when flying in from Miami International Airport or cruising from the Port of Miami. Being attached to Merrick Park is a fantastic perk, offering a plethora of restaurants and luxury stores right at your doorstep. As a travel agent who is always on the move, I found this hotel to be a perfect home away from home. The cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities, such as a kitchen and laundry facilities, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The living room is inviting, the bathroom is spacious, and the king bed is exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and functionality, especially when constantly traveling for work.  The hotel’s proximity to Coconut Grove and its central location in the heart of the Gables are additional advantages. The receptionist was exceptionally sweet and went above and beyond by recommending fantastic spots for happy hour and other local activities. Overall, The Avenue Hotel offers a beautiful, welcoming experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My staycation at The Avenue Hotel Coral Gables was exceptional from start to finish. The receptionist’s warm welcome, professionalism, and the elegance of the lobby created an outstanding first impression. My suite, overlooking Merrick Park, had a beautifully modern design with a spacious and comfortable living area. The dining area was generous and equipped with high quality, modern appliances. Having both a washer and dryer was an unexpected and much appreciated convenience that made the stay even more comfortable. The rooftop was my favorite part. I spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool, surrounded by swaying palms, stylish cabanas, and breathtaking city views. The space also features a dedicated area for barbecuing and hosting guests. In the evening, the rooftop transforms—soft ground lighting throughout creates a warm, romantic ambiance. At night, the bed was pure comfort. The luxurious linens provided the restful sleep I had been needing. The location was perfect! Centrally situated near fine dining, luxury shops, and of course, the University of Miami. The Avenue offers the ideal blend of elegance and Coral Gables charm, making my stay both rejuvenating and memorable. This was a beautiful new condo turned hotel room. Kitchen just as pictured. Being newly open no one tested the room. The water was not hot initially, then they fixed it. The TVs were new but never set up, so I asked for those to be fixed. Had to set us a Samsung account myself. Kitchen is beautiful, but stove needed to be setup. There was a machine operating loudly in the hallway. When asked what it was for, they said to clean up water that leaked on another floor. I was told it would operate one day, but it was on my entire stay. Finally, the mattress was hard as a brick. Likely it was originally used for staging but they need to buy a hotel quality mattress. Mattress was so uncomfortable and made my back hurt, so I booked a room for my last night at the Biltmore.
