Jose from the valet parking was a wonderful and friendly

The property is beautiful and it living on its grander. Front desk service was great but bell service was slow and pool service was not good. We asked 3 people if we could place a food/drink order and they all said they would send someone else by.... Also the beds are small. Also, water in the room was $8.00 and there were two extra $22 charges on my bill that I'm still not sure what they were for. I'll choose a hampton or holiday in next time

The grounds and hotel are beautiful! The lobby was a pretty backdrop for staged pictures. The room was a little on the small side. When using both TVs the remotes would change both TVs channels and sound. Bathtub was very uncomfortable.

Old hotel historically interesting. Room was small and drab. Pool was great. Room service was awful, like high school cafeteria food. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. I like the esthetics of the hotel and grounds

My husband and I have been wanting to stay at the Biltmore since our daughter started at the University of Miami a year ago. The hotel had been booked several times before until our visit for Parent's weekend this past weekend. Our original room was a junior suite with king bed. The hotel hallway and room had a distinct musty smell. My husband, who is pretty chill, asked if we could switch our room because of the smell. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately, the smell was ever present in our new upgraded room. We didn't have the heart to say anything and tolerated it. I know that the humidity and dampness in Miami can make it difficult to get the musty/ mold smell out of hotels, but this was really strong. Luckily, the weather was amazing over the weekend and we had a lot of activities planned outside and around the hotel. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. There is an expansive golf course, beautiful tennis courts and the pool is large and surrounded by lounge chairs and staff who are very lovely. The food was also consistently good. The location of the hotel to the U of M is truly convenient. Unfortunately, we don't plan to stay at the Biltmore anytime soon. It is in need of some upgrading on the inside and a must/ mildew overhaul. We will go back to our old stand by of the Hyatt (great location, good price, average accommodations).

Beatiful Hotel. Luxury all around. Fascinating swimming pool. First class reataurants and ammenities. Excellent attention. Perfect location for Miami. Close to downtown for businees and beaches for pleasure.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. The pool is absolutely amazing - it is HUGE! The gym had a nice assortment of classes you could take free of charge. The spa at the hotel is top notch, very clean and professional with a variety of services offered. We ventured out for dinner one night, but really no need to leave the property if you just want to take it easy.

Just fantastic, this is an old hotel with a lot of history, excellent preserved great suites and the staff is amazing, by far this will be from now on our default hotel for the Miami area.

I have been there twice with my family and Biltmore is really quintessential.

It was our third stay at this gracious, pristine, stately, friendly hotel. Two bird cages greeted us in the high ceiling lobby. linking its timeless beauty to the beautiful tropical setting. Kid friendly, our grand daughter was welcomed at all times. We enjoyed an old fashioned good night's sleep and shelter at the Biltmore Coral Gables.

My husband and I have been traveling to Miami a few times this year and have always picked a different place to stay. By far this hotel has been the best in service, elegance and relaxation. Rooms were clean, very friendly and helpful staff, food was very good. The only thing the room was maybe lacking was a coffee maker. What most rooms come with now in days this room did not. In all we would definitely come back to this hotel.

I stayed here because the hotel looked grand from the photos and the location was close to the areas I needed to be for my trip. However, next time I would choose a more modern hotel closer to the beach or downtown. This was a sleepy resort atmosphere with an older crowd that I'm comfortable with. Think: old timers drinking scotch and wiskey. Not my cup of tea. That being said, the bed was VERY comfortable and the room wasn't too bad. Views of the golf course are stunning and relaxing. I guess it depends on what you're looking for.

Biltmore was a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect except the mini bar is ridiculously expensive and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Food in the restaurants was astronomically priced, but delicious!!

Great trip. Beautiful hotel. Thought we'd have 2 queens, but 1 king and rollaway. Beware that they tack gratuities onto bill. Golf course was a great value. Hotel ambience fabulous; room a bit tired. Staff outstanding. Highly recommend.

Base room was poor. Needed to upgrade to mini suite to avoid mildew smell from old carpeting. After several days the hotel met my request to upgrade.

The cold water never came even cool, after staff notified took over one day to correct to somewhat cool water. Hotel took 25% off one night as comp. , Toilet did not flush clean, took two days to get corrected. Not what one would expect from this hotel.

Excelllent, beautiful hotel. No need to leave property. Gorgeous rooms, friendly, attentive staff.
