Cozy apartment studio with private bathroom in an amazing location on the famous Ocean Drive in Miami Beach! Walk out directly to the ocean and newly refurbished pool in the back! Full size luxury mattress on IKEA storage bed. Free high speed wifi. Electronics charging station. Free use of beach cart and beach umbrella. Walk directly out to the beach - no street to cross! Quiet neighborhood but walkable to everywhere. Also available for monthly and yearly rentals!

The entire apartment is yours and no one will bother you!
Arriving late? No problem! Stress free self check-in and self check-out. Guests can access key for the front entrance with lockbox. You will receive a unique code to access the apartment door. I will also give you a fob (piece of plastic that you scan) Please return the lockbox key to the lockbox once you have your apartment keys. The lockbox key is just for the building front door. However, once you have the fob, you can also use it for the front door. We have 24 hour video security.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a washing machine.

Upon arrival it was not what we expected. It was not tidy. It was way too small. Pictures deceiving. Just want for us. We never stayed overnight but we did go into facility. Communication with owner was good. We weren’t satisfied but that’s us.

Appreciated the location, use of pool. Unit was clean and comfortable. The area south of 5th and the building was very quiet The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower but very doable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when I visit beautiful South Beach!

Check in was a lil difficult with instructions but called the owner who was supposed to have housekeeping come help me she never showed and when I called the owner for the 2nd time no answer but after 30 mins we were in. No wash cloths at all in the room or paper towels, the floors were still sticky and spots of chocolate under the table, had to take cold showers daily, water could run for 40 mins and still cold. This property needs definite improvement.

BEWARE before you book...

Before the owner comments that we did not attempt to work this out before we left this review, just know we did. The last time I made contact with the owner was on June 10, 2022 and they stated they would get back with me on our refund. We communicated constantly from our first night stay. We brought up the fact that there were several issues with the room and it was to the point where the owner did promise to reimburse us for one night stay (which never happened after all). The location is great. The building itself is nice and it has a pool with beach access. BUT, the actual room itself is tiny, cluttered and filled with items leftover from other people who have stayed there (toiletries, food items, etc). It felt like I was staying at someone's cluttered apartment for the weekend. If you are a tall or a plus size person, this room is definitely not for you. The toilet sits in a corner (literally) and when you sit down your legs are cramped up against the tub. No room to move at all. The room was barely clean at best, and when we brought it up, the owner offered to send cleaning staff back in. The window coverings were torn which lead to a privacy issue. Linens were stained and we only stayed the first night and then checked ourselves into a lovely hotel on the beach. Hotels are the way to go because you just never know what/who you are going to deal with. We feel we got scammed. I would really think twice about booking with this person. It is a disappointment because I feel like at least they were committed to making it right with us, but in the end, they did not.

Mixed...started with some downs but went up from there.

Didn't know there was no parking, spent 5 hours and lost out on money due to locating parking. Which at 6th and Washington is a Public parking garage. Would have been great to know this before we wasted money on extremely high street parking ($40.00 for 10 hours which expiredin the middleof the night). I definitely have learned to ask next time. The apartment was nice and cozy. However, the ceiling light fan didn't work, just kept flickering, completely unusable. Light above the closet only glowed a dark orange giving no light at all. We had to keep the bathroom light on and TV at night so we can see. Very miserable. Was a light under the cabinet that did not work either. We would definitely return to this property with a guarantee that all lighting is corrected with what works best with a very old building.

On our first night staying here my travel partner got really sick, we later discovered the air conditioner was full of mold. I messaged the property owner and she read the message but never got a response from her. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Great for a quick trip!

Cozy little apartment. The check in process is fairly straightforward and the host was very communicative. Perfect for a weekend away. We spent most of our time at the beach (literally steps away) and checking out the cool shops, bars, and restaurants on Ocean Drive (like 5 min walk). The pool area is nice. The only thing of note is that we weren’t sure if the towels were clean (one was folded nicely while the other was hung on a rack - we weren’t sure if a past guest had used it and hung to dry?). We were also a little concerned about the A/C, which appeared to be full of mold inside.

The property was great and I would stay there again when I go back to Miami for a cruise. You get the most bang for your buck for sure! Positives: Clean Room Great Location Onsite Laundry (at a cost) Cleaning lady is nice and polite Can't get any closer to the beach Beach chairs, towels, etc. provided ( I was not expecting that) Negatives: TV only had one channel but you are only sleeping so its not to big of a deal but would be nice to watch more than the Discover channel. No smoke detector in room No toilet paper roll for the Toilet Paper AC works but could be replaced- its hurting but still works Again the above is minor and easy fixes. I would stay here in a heartbeat when I am out there.

It’s small but you’re there for vacation not to stay in the room so it’s perfect. Great location. Just only came with one beach towel and one shower towel so we had to go buy more just to leave behind since we couldn’t fit them. Still highly Recommend!

Checking in was fine but as soon as we liked in we saw roaches. We we’re only supposed to be there for 2 nights but we ended up just staying the first night (4hrs) and left immediately to check into a hotel. Talked to the owner to see if we can get a refund for the second night but all she told us was that she would try to get pest control to take care of the problem. I didn’t ask for a full refund I figured she would work with us and at least meet me halfway but nope. She also told me that pest control had just been there but afterwards I looked at other reviews and noticed that multiple people had the same problem. Wish I saw that before but that was my fault.
