The hotel seems to be quit old. The A/C was liking but the staff was helpful to change our room. The beat part about the hotel is its location.

My experience was generally okay except that I didn't receive one of my Amazon packages that was sent to the hotel. Amazon said that the package was received by someone at the front desk, however, when I went to collect it the hotel workers said that they couldn't find it. To be fair, it was possible that it was the courier that messed up. Up to the time of writing this review I still didn't get to the bottom of the situation.

Had a great time will definitely visit again. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great room size and comfortable bed.

This is a good hotel for it's quick walking distance to everything- beach, morning coffee, expensive/inexpensive meals and everything-you-need-for-travel kind of shopping [except grocery]. The room was clean, contemporary with a super comfortable bed and cold fridge. Daily room service was nice. Pool area left a lot be desired- neglected, uninviting, uncomfortable and un-attended.

It was our first time coming to Miami beach it was a lot that was not said during booking like paying to park at the hotel if I had known this we would have used the shuttle we will never be coming back to Miami Beach it's all about money

Had to stay in leaking room all weekend after notifying the people and them telling they can do nothing. I will never stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location and the hotel room itself was nice for the price. However the staff were very unpleasant that worked at the front desk. Our flight was early and we got in at 6am, and we had requested a early check in if possible when we reserved so we didnt know until we got to the hotel if that was possible, the lady was not friendly at all at the desk, i actually greeted her first? She said that the room was dirty and that she would have the housekeeper clean it as soon as she got in (8:30am) and to check back at 9:30, we came back at ten and there was a new lady at the counter and she informed us that that it is not the case and that our room still is not ready. I asked if they could give us a call when one was available and she said that isnt how it works, we have to keep calling and checking if it is ready which did not seem reasonable. So we decided to lay by the pool, the "changing room" was very outdated and the pool was old and unkept. We did not swim in it but rather sat by it instead. We checked again on our room via phone call and without them asking our name they told us it still is not ready very rudely. The bell man was super friendly and that was the only nice staff member we met there. The hotel itself was good, for the price we paid I am just disappointed with the front desk team, because out of the three we interacted with they were not friendly, helpful or professional.

Walking distance to Ocean Dr and the beach. Good overall location. Parking was valet, and it took some time to get the car.

Dont expect hospitality with your room. The staff isn't very accomodating to requests. The room is average but includes a bath tub & mini fridge. The pool is OK but the pool bar wasn't open and no restaurant. The best part of Albion is the lounge called Repour - great drinks.

The location for this hotel is pretty nice! The staff is wonderful and ensures that you are satisfied. Would stay here again!

It's next to everything, the pool area is huge which is hard to find in sobe. Great place and a great price

It was great, the staff was very attentive and have accomodated every request that we've asked for, the hotel is in wonderful location close to everything and all the amenities were there

was perfect location rite in the middle of south beach , hotel is friendly and great staff would go back

Nice place close to Lincon Rd mall and the beach with a pool open 24 hours their service was ok the bar $$$ and their food not good at all

good location, staff professionnal , nice lobby. They charge a lot ($35 / 24h) for parking but it is convenient

This hotel has a perfect location due to the fact that is very close to lincoln rd and collins ave. However, maintenance is ever so poor that the room that they gave us it was a mess and the odor in the room was awful. Also, the bathroom door was broken. In addition, the service wasn't good because one day they didn't clean our room and when we ask for moving to another one they said that they were full and they couldn't change ours. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay close to Miami Beach, there are other options for almost the same price and I bet that they will be better than this one. The pictures that they show you are not the reality though.

I wouldn't go back to this hotel even if someone paid for it. It smelled old and moldy. The guest service was very rude. NO ice machine on floors so you had to ask the front desk for ice. No microwave to heat up leftovers. No housekeeping after a certain time so you couldn't get towels in the evening and they were not sympathetic at all. 2 days into my stay i was asked for a carbon copy of my credit card and when i asked why the young lady got upset with me. The breakfast is 18 a person and its not even very good. I love south beach but this hotel did not make me want to come back anytime soon.

Convenient location away from the thundering herd but near enough. A decent value. Pleasant.

Ive stayed here now three times and ive always had good service. its my go to place when i come to miami. Its right around all the place i like to go when i'm in town. The cost normally right there always in my budget.

Perfect hotel right in the thick of south beach and all the restaurants and bars. Clean rooms great staff. The only thing is their hotel bar is very limited and very expensive. Most of the time it was dead due to pricing.
