This apartment is a "RESIDENCE UNIT" which is located in the same complex with the Hotel; however, is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by the Hotel so some services such as room service, laundry and dry cleaning service, engineering, daily housekeeping are not available.

This elegant 5-star hotel features 24/7 front desk service and convenient valet parking available for $51.75 per night.

All guests must register and the occupancy limit (4) should not be exceeded at the front desk before check-in and sign the rules & regulations form of the condominium (mandatory one-time resort fee: $35/night, not included in the price)

The well-appointed rooms at the Residences include closets, flat-screen TVs with your favorite apps, premium bed linens, and private bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, plush towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

Each unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and in-unit washer/dryer, making it perfect for extended stays.

The hotel is ideally situated near popular attractions such as the Kaseya Center (previously American Airlines Arena), the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Bayside Marketplace. Miami International Airport is just 6.2 miles away, and the Port of Miami is conveniently located only 1.4 miles from the hotel.

(This fee is not included in the price) The fee is for the unit and covers all guests. After the registration, you will have a free access to the POOL and GYM facilities. However, access to the SPA is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked a service. Please note that the SPA is not available without a service purchase.
