Convenient to walk to the beach 1 block. Restaurants a block area with many options. Overnight parking must walk 4-5 blocks but easy to locate and fees reasonable.

I stayed 3 nights and learn again that never book non refundable hotels as usually it could be a problem one and you have no escape. I had 3 miserable nights of no sleep pretty much due to hotel noise as it was no walls there at all. Its the most noisy hotel I ever stayed, this building should not br a hotel , maybe offices or night club, but not a hotel because no rest at this place or you have to be dead sleep person to stay there. Overall it was clean and service was great.

The location is great! It is very basic, but that's all you really need. The ONLY thing I had issue with at all is that you could NOT adjust the thermostat - it was locked - and it was set way too cold, so I was freezing most of the time.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Amazing location between all the spots in south point. Room walls and door do not have a lot of sound proofing so you can hear everyone else.

Everything was great, super close to the ocean drive and all the shops / restaurants, the beach is very close. The only problem was that they lost power once for the whole day (I guess it is not property’s fault, but just was not great) so we couldn’t use the light / charge phones in the room.

Perfect location, in a quieter area but 5 mins walk from the more lively bars and restaurants. Conveniently located very close to the beach and sun beds included - room was clean and spacious enough. Very spacious fridge but would have liked more space for clothes as there is only a small hanging area. Also the room is only cleaned and towels changed every other day. But overall good

Property was clean and check in was easy and efficient. Housekeeping is every other day and I was given a difficult time with a request for extra towels. They only provide two clean towels in the room which is not enough. Even upon asking for more they just repeated that housekeeping only comes every other day despite not asking for additional service. Eventually they did provide two more but frankly that simple of a request shouldn’t have been that difficult. I was willing to take them to the room myself! This will be the reason I will not stay here again.
