Vince was very hospitable, nice and very helpful. The location was great, within walking distance from the beach, bars, and restaurants. East to get to any activities; either on land or water sports.

The host cancelled on me as I was boarding my flight to Miami from Baltimore! Gave no notice or response for weeks after I texted him introducing myself. Then after texting letting him know we were boarding our flight, he responds saying he has to cancel due to some maintenance issue. I couldn’t book another room with my refund for 7-10 days from VRBO… This was a terrible experience!!!!

Sketchy host and experience. No hot water in shower, stove doesn’t work, texted host and he claimed they stopped working that day but he didn’t get it fixed or mention it before our arrival. there is no parking provided despite the listing claiming so and when I inquired over text about it he wouldn’t tell me until I arrived then tried to get me to pay him 50 a day for a resident pass. Overall did not feel safe here.

Not communicative enough after phone

I had paid for car parking ended up getting towed anway. Host was not replying...granted it was only at 10pm so it may have been late for him. I requested refund from him since i couldn't feel comfortable staying there after the whole thing happened. It's been crickets since then....i don't recommend staying there if this is the case with him.

Vincent is an attentive host. Comfortable and unique place located centrally to easily access South Beach. Just a few blocks from shopping on Lincoln Rd and blocks from the beach. Citibike really makes everything accessible.
