Nice room upgrade to a junior suite which was lovely. Room clean, bed comfortable, coffee shop served decent lattes, all in all a good very short overnight stay.

It's a 100 year old hotel that looks and smells like its 100 years old. Outdoor areas are lush and quaint. The rooms and main areas are tired, campy, and smell. They have caged birds in the entry way (poor things). The surrounding neighborhood is lovely but would avoid this hotel unless you can't smell or see well.

The room and service were perfect! Anything I needed, delivered. You can’t expect anything less when staying at the biltmore. They made my birthday very special. From the best seat at Fontana, to getting the perfect room with a little balcony, champagne waiting for me at the room one night. Best birthday stay thus far! I come every year for my bday!
