Good experience

Good size room with nice outside views. The rates are really reasonable compared to other apartments. The appliances are all new and in working condition. Everything was very clean.

Horrible dirty place, not as advertised

We couldn't even stay, we spent 10 minutes and left. It was smaller than advertised with half the beds they listed. We were a family traveling with children and didn't feel safe in the property. It was extremely run down, nothing like the pictures or description. The apartment smelled horrible, like a public bathroom. A mix of chemicals and cleaning agents to cover the musty odor. When we complained to the owners they were arrogant and rude. We couldn't get them on the phone, only email exchanges. Very disappointed with Orbitz for having this listing and this company/poster as part of their network. I hope they are removed from Orbitz so others don't go through the experience we had to suffer with.

Le fonctionnement pour obtenir la clé de la chambre est désastreux. Plus de 4 heures. Il n'est pas possible de parler à un humain pour obtenir des explications. Les courriels de Expedia sont incomplets et les consignes ne sont pas claires. L'appartement est sale. Il est impersonnel et absent de toutes décorations. Ce n'est pas les photos publiées. La superbe piscine n'est pas chauffée donc inutilisable.
