Spacious and private, 1 block from sea, Progreso East

This property has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a nice furnished terrace, including a BBQ, where you will be able to enjoy your breakfast or dinner or just relax surrounded by tropical trees. The unit has fiber optic which offers a +200 MB download and +60 MB upload internet speed, also DISH TV Channels. The unit includes a charcoal BBQ and a hammock, that can be used on the terrace opened to the patio.

The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, out of which one is individual and one is matrimonial. All furnishings and decorations are high quality and details oriented. Lots of windows and natural light when needed. All windows are equipped with ellegant sunshades.
The bathroom is large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise.

The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a toilet and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view.
One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach to your left, just one block away, so follow the sandy path to the sea.

***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***
