The hotel was great overall but once we got in our room I noticed stains on wallpaper and in the tub. The ac unit was really loud and woke us up multiple times throughout the night. On the positive side the staff was great and the breakfast was great!

Clean, Comfy & Safe

I visit the Memphis area quite a bit due to having family there. This hotel was safe, gated parking area, and the two of us (female) friends felt comfortable and secure. It was convenient to everything we needed.

Definitely recommend staying at Hyatt hotel in Germantown. Very safe area, breaskest had healthy servings, staff was very friendly. Room very clean, bed confortable, onlly down side shower sprayed on floor poor design and bathroom was very tight. Reported leak to front desk.

I booked this trip for my son birthday .. staff was very very welcoming I forgot the front desk guy name but his customer services was top tier !!! The hotel was clean plenty of parking the pool was nice we had the pool to ourselves so that was fun now I did book a king size room the room was clean the only things I didn’t like was the bathroom was extremely small and the room didn’t have a microwave but overall it was a pleasant stay very nice very quiet

We stayed here a whole week (Monday to Monday) and our room was only “cleaned” once. We didn’t get towel replacements or our trash taken out . Our key card also stopped working at one point and we had to go to the front desk to reactivate it.

The pool was very dirty. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a while due to the algae frowning on the walls. The pillows are very uncomfortable. They go flat. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The light fixture above the sink was broken. Very disappointing.
