I stay here for my business trips to Memphis. It is located very close to a lot of food places, Kroger, Pharmacies and FedEx world headquarters is across the road. Very clean and neat rooms, friendly staff, okay breakfast. I wish the fitness center had some more room.
It was a comfortable stay in Hampton Inn as it was close to FedEx HQ where i had to attend a workshop.Rooms were well maintained and clean.I would say it is value for money, there are grocery stores and hotels at the door step if you want to have food from outside.
We stayed here four nights on a trip to Memphis and were most pleased. Our "suite" had a sitting area with sofa and TV and a bedroom area with desk and another TV; there was a fridge, microwave and bar sink also. Our king bed was most comfortable and the motel quiet. It's in a great location, across from FedEx World Headquarters and a block from Winchester Road which has every restaurant franchise known to mankind. There's an outdoor pool that unfortunately was closed at this time of year. A good place to stay in the Memphis area.
Great location, the room was huge! Had a separate living area, the bed and pillow was super comfortable. They provided a shuttle that came in handy when we wanted to go to dinner and have a glass of wine and not worry about driving back. The staff went above and beyond they were nice and friendly. I forgot my deodorant and they got me some free of charge. They seem to really care about the guest.
Great stay. Would visit again. Rooms were clean and staff was super nice! Breakfast was delicious! I didn't get to use all of the amenities offered but I would have loved to. Unfortunately I was here strictly for business and didn't have enough time to. They had a fitness room that was calling my name. Lol
I checked in on Oct 14th and the desk clerk was Antonio. I hope for the hotels sake I just caught him on a bad night. He spoke to me without even looking up from his computer screen, and his mannerisms were very unfriendly, bordering on rude. If my company had not already paid for the room, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I stay in hotels approximately 100 nights per year, and wouldn't have expected this attitude at a Hampton Inn. Hopefully, it was just a bad night for Antonio.
Very average. Location is great. It's a burn and turn business hotel. No glitz or glamour. Internet is sub par . I could not access my VPN all week. I stayed at the same hotel in Germantown and was amazed with the quality and difference for only being 5 miles away...
Hotel was great. In a nice area. Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Wish there would have been more items out to select from. But I can't complain. My stay there was great.
Came in for the Mike Rose Cup and had a blast (despite coming in 3rd place). Hotel and room was very clean, staff was professional, helpful and friendly and the free breakfast bar delivered a variety of great tasting different items each morning!
This hotel was a great value for the price. It is only about 20 minutes from downtown. It was nice to stay on the outskirts of town. Any store you would need is close by. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
