Wonderful stay! Evan and Annie (host) were great. They were responsive, communicated throughout the entire process. Very personal and informative. The house was just as described, in a great neighborhood (offering easy drives to all of Memphis), welcoming ,warm , and great amenities. Our family enjoyed all it had to offer. I would recommend staying at this property and enjoying the Memphis area.

The home was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and large enough for our group of six to spread out and work if needed. The hot tub was a nice addition. This home has everything you need to feel at home but away from home. Our hosts Evan & Annie we're easy to contact and they communicate very well. We will definitely stay again when we are in Memphis!

This place is wonderful! The hosts are on top of everything with great communication! Everything inside is beautiful and has a lot of extras including a nice shower and lots of items in the kitchen. It locks down fully at night with the locked steel security doors and two officers live on the street so everyone feels safe. I’d recommend this place over and over again!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are visiting the Memphis area!! The host was quick to respond & very helpful! The property is very clean, well equipped, & very safe. The beds were comfortable & each room has a TV. The neighborhood was extremely quiet! The hot tub & gas fire pit area were an added bonus! I could go on & on! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis!

Very nice and great for our group. There was some concern from the other couple with us about the safety. Nothing felt unsafe and no problems of any kind. No lines for anything so it was a great time of the year.

Beautiful home in an “ok” area of Memphis. The neighborhood seemed safe, but I wouldn’t walk the streets alone at night. The property was lovely although bedroom furniture (armoire, drawers, etc.) would have improved our experience, since no one likes living out of a suitcase! Hot tub was a great asset.

Very convenient to everything we wanted to do and in a nice quiet neighborhood! We had wished there was at least one on-suite bathroom and we did have to fix a few squeaky doors, but other than that, our stay was wonderful!

It is a spacious house that is well kept with lots of amenities that felt like home. It is in in nice neighborhood outside of the downtown area, about a 15-20 minute ride to downtown Memphis. It is close to the Botanic Garden. We wanted to stay in a quieter neighborhood and this was perfect, with a nice park nearby. We didn't use the fire pit and used the hot tub only briefly as it was around 100 degrees outside the days we were there, but these were attractive.

Fantastic Stay in Memphis

We were in town for a few days to help our daughter move back to Oklahoma and were so glad we found this place. The home is an older property with beautiful modern upgrades—clean, comfortable, and very well done. The neighborhood was quiet, cozy, and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for our stay. We’d stay here again and will be recommending it to friends!

Great Stay

This was our first time visiting Memphis and it didn't disappoint and neither did our vacation rental. The home was just as pictured on the website. It was a beautiful clean home and the owner was kind and responded to every message in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this rental and I would stay at the rental again. Golden wings

Our family was here to run the Mamba 100k. The ranch was nicely decorated and has all the essentials. I had a brief conversation with the sweet neighbor and she offered her prayers for us. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Outstanding Accommodations!

Evan and Annie were wonderful! We were in town for a wedding and had a few changes we needed to make and they were more than accommodating! Communication was excellent! Place was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Memphis or Southaven area.
