- We are excited to welcome you and your family/friends/furry friends and provide a comfortable stay. We will happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing 70lbs or less per stay. Please note that there is an additional $20 charge per night included with your stay that you may not see in your initial booking price. The pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning needed due to excess pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your sweet furry friends.
To ensure a great stay we require that your furry friends are not left unattended unless secured in a crate for their comfort and safety. This includes service animals. Please only bring friendly, house trained dogs that do receive regular flea treatment. And please be respectful of the linens, rugs and furniture.

The home is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a few nights to see Darius Rucker live at the garden and for a day at Graceland. Getting in and out with the smart lock was so convenient and easy. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! From the kitchen amenities to the kids toys and games, every detail was great. The location was perfect to easily get to midtown and downtown. The rooms were very spacious for kids beds and a surprise bonus was the playground across the street. Would highly recommend if looking for a home away from home.

Great family weekend getaway

Great Weekend in Memphis

We really enjoyed this property. It is a beautifully remodeled home with lots of thoughtful touches. If you have small children, it is right across the street from a large park. It is easy to access all of your tourist destinations in Memphis, and the host could not be nicer. Highly recommend.
