Easy walking distance to Beale St., Sports center, places to eat

Our stay was decent. I was mote distracted by the fact that it took me about 10 tries to find my room since the instructions of the staff were unclear, the halls smelled horrible in some parts, the vallet was sweet but slow, and my room was freezing cold the entire time . We called maintenance but by time we made it back to our room, maintenance had gone home for the day. I filed a complaint and got a discount on my room however there is no way that I could believe that all of the rooms were taken in a seven floor hotel room on a Tuesday night with a strip of other hotels immediately adjacent to it.

The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast. Great for families with small kids. There is a park across the street to run the little ones around. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Great value and location.

Great experience, helpful staff, good breakfast, and close to attractions.

It was a good stay- price was in line. My only issue was no "HOT" water just warm for the shower - Bathrooms clean just out dated

Within walking distance of Beale Street and other bars and restaurants.

Perfect setup for two on business. Privacy (2 bedrooms) and great working space in the room.

Nice hotel, nicely located! Good transportation to and from various sites and venues.

We had a good time at the hotel. Its location was terrific, and the room was just what we had hoped for.

Very friendly staff nicely decorated public spaces, great location, great variety at the free breakfast. The room was very nice and comfy. I hadn't realized we'd have to pay for parking, and the lot was a block away, but you pay $15/ day and can go in and out. Not many interesting restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the National Civil Rights Museum and Sun Studio.

we had a nice visit, clean hotel and great location for downtown memphis

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Quality food, wide selection, clean food. Couldn't believe breakfast was free. Valet parks your car. Would stay there again. Only negative was Memphis itself does not seem very safe. Sirens all night. Jaywalkers day and night dart in front of car like they hope to be hit.

Awesome, room big, very clean, a lot of amenities, close to everything downtown,

Had been to New Orleans and wanted to stop in Memphis before heading home. I love SpringHill Suites because it was walking distance to Beale Street, restaurants and entrainment. We went to BB King for dinner and listen to great music, Museums and watched a ball game

The best breakfast I have ever had that was free. Everything was fresh and tasty

Very enjoyable with a well appointed room and great breakfast. Nice clean and quiet.

We arrived and had plenty of help with our luggage and valet parking. The room was very clean but had a chopped up feeling with the lay out of the room. The staff was very friendly with a lot of southern charm. It was in a great location. The lobby was very nice and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had that was free.

Good location, very close to Beale St, trolly right out front. Parking is rip off, use lot a little further down and pay only 5 bucks a day instead of 15 at hotel.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is located on Man St. the Trolley is right outside of the hotel which is great for getting around in downtown Memphis. It takes you to most major attractions I.E. Beale Street, Orpheum, etc... The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great hot breakfast. Also, the décor is nice and upscale.

When I walked into room it was a wonderful room, then I opened the curtains and below it was the trolley car and across was the park. I loved the view. We went to Beale street which was about 5 blocks away. The trolley took us there and we rented a horse drawn carriage that delivered us right to the door of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Would defiantly go here again. The negatives was no on site parking .Highly recommend!!
