3227 McCloud was an ABSOLUTE home away from home. Jess and Matt went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They left us a “goody” basket of snacks and cookies, which was very thoughtful. In addition, the fridge was stocked with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard and a bottle of relish, which helped when we made hot dogs. There was instant coffee and an artistic stand on which rows of coffee pods were loaded for making Kuerig coffee. There were also pods of coffee mate, which was very much appreciated. Their crockery and cutlery were excellent. In addition, they had little emojis on the cupboards, indicating where the cups, plates, bowls and other items were stored, which was very helpful. The fridge, stove, dish washer, washing machine, and dryer were all in an excellent condition. Also, there were wide screen TVs in two of the bedrooms/ I was also impressed with the way the beds were made, with the decorative pillows which gave it a 5-star appearance. The quality of the bed linen was also excellent. The backyard is well maintained, with comfortable garden furniture and very good BBQ. They even have a lot of toys and games for kids. All in all, our stay was very pleasurable and comfortable. Thank you, Jess and Matt, for your efforts. Much appreciated.
