The customer service was excellent, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, walls need to be painted or at least cleaned.
There were no clothes hangers in the room, no cups for water or coffee and there was long black hair on the floor. Have stayed there before but won't be coming back.

Everything about it was very good and certainly a great value. The staff, the breakfast, the price, the bed, the shower, the covered parking.... They even have paper towel dispensers outside so you can clean your windshield or check oil, etc.
The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and nice. Parking was great! We had a wonderful stay here. Definitely would recommend
Clean....The managers were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very "Quiet". That's a biggie for us!!!! I also loved the way you parked your car under a extended roof/carport in front of your room. (What a great idea someone had in planning this hotel). The breakfast was big and hot!! The eggs and sausage, waffles, coffee...Yum! Yum! The price was also reasonable. I would definitely stay here again and even look for other Roadway Inns to stay at in my future travels!!

I was a bit skeptical when I first pulled in, but after checking in I was pleasantly surprised. The owner has put a lot of work in to this place. I would definitely stay here again.
The owners of this property clearly take pride in caring for it. The room furniture is newly updated, there are flower baskets ringing the lot, the beds are lush, and everything is lovely and clean.
Property is convenient and has easy access to get off and on freeway. We were a little overwhelmed with the strong bleach smell when we entered the room.
