Reserved a two queen room and was told the hotel was overbooked, glitch in system. Instead, I was assigned a king room which was horrible and not what i reserved one month prior. Then I was told I could be walked over to the Doubletree Tree Hotel down the street and pay for their room at $224, when Spring Hill Suites was unwilling to credit me. The Front Desk Manager was incredibly rude and dispectful, unwilling to assist. Zero customer service skills. The room had crumbs on the couch, bathroom towels were dirty and there was hair in the sink. I was at the hotel for a business meeting and it left me in a total disgrace for why I ever made a reservation there. I have communicated with the General Manager to date with no rectification or resolve.

Very clean and quiet. Our handicapped room was the largest we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were lower which was huge. Most I have trouble transferring into because it’s so high.

It was a comfortable room, but the things needed for the kitchen were missing. They explained why but they should say that you need to supply pots and pans if you want to cook. Oh, plates and silverware too. 😆 but overall it was a nice room.

Across the st. from the surgery center in Medford! confortable, friendly staff, plenty of parking, right across the street from the Medford airport! my only comment is in regards to the beds. For a person with back issues the beds are WAY TOO SOFT!!
