Rogue Regency Inn and Suites

This hotel is undergoing a remodel. Nice hotel, huge parking lot, excellent restaurant you must try, old carpets awaiting replacement, excellent friendly staff, and easy to find.

staff very nice, location great, right next to highway, bar and grill on the property with decent food.

Air Conditioner in room was very noisey. Otherwise the stay was nice and room was clean and comfortable.

We booked a handicap accessible room and somehow Rogue Regency didn't get that info. We were upgraded to a mini suite and the lady that checked us in checked to make sure we were happy with it after we got settled. We will be staying with them whenever we're in Medford. It is so nice to have a good place to dine on the premises.

Very convenient to airport in Medford Oregon. An added plus is it is pet friendly. I did not bring my dog this time, but I have stayed here in the past.

We were put in a downstairs room. Below street level. You could smell the mold. The bathroom was terrible. Chips with rust out of the tub, no mirror, you brushed teeth in the room. One above shoulder height window. Electric pugs only where they are inconvenient and already maxed out. Resturant overpriced and understaffed. Outside locks that don't open until you change keys. The access from the highway makes you drive around in circles. I wonder if you will post this? Very informational!

Hotel staff were very accommodating as well as restaurant staff

A comfortable place to rest after a fun day with friends touring Applegate wine country and attending a concert at the Britt.

We traveled here to visit my girlfriends sister she had not seen in 15 years. Also we went to Crater Lake and stopped at some Wineries. Oregon has some beautiful mountains and streams.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very welcoming and very courteous... Downfalls: after brushing my teeth, discover our countertop was covered in a previous occupants facial hair clippings, and they left our dirty washcloths in the bath tub.. Also the restaurant that they give you a discount for had the worst wait staff we have ever encountered... Honestly, overall, the hotel was great, the staff were great and I am pretty sure that I would stay there again.

All in all very good the key system to enter the room did not function very well the room was comfortable the hallways were hard to walk down sometimes you get lost other than that it was a great stay will probably come back someday.

Really enjoy staying here. It's quiet, the rooms are comfortable and the fridge and microwave is a plus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was quite convenient. Unfortunately non-smoking room smelled of lingering stale cigarette smoke, carpets and decor looked original to the building, mattress had a huge sink hole making for an uncomfortable night....the pool and hot tub were frankly too dirty to even get in...

The Staff at Rogue Regency Inn and Suites were very helpful and accomodating. They made the check in process and check out process a breeze.

The staff was really great, so was the location. Just don't let them stick you on floor 1. My allergies went bananas.

The restaurant was nice, and the hotel clean. Ok for a solo work trip

Although the Hotel's reservation system "went down" allowing more reservations to be made than they had actual available rooms for..they honored my reservation, earlier in the day. That evening when I got back from visiting the Ocean in Oregon, the desk clerk upgraded my previous room to a more spacious one and placed it closer within walking distance from the elevator-in a very quiet and safe-feeling room. While there, I was privy to watching 3 different Fireworks displays -being the Fourth of July -out my 3rd story room window! A surprise benefit! I also asked and was granted an extra hour before needing to check out of room the following day. They had the MOST comfortable bed, pillows to die for, and clean/pretty white duvet bedspread.Overall it was a very clean, quiet, large room and I felt like a Queen in it ~

All of Medford was booked. This was our last bet. For the price I expected more. From the pictures it looked like it had recently been updated... Photos sure can be misleading!! Staff was kind but the carpet , beds, upholstery were so old and grimy that no cleaning lady could make it look half decent. It smelled like cheap perfume with a hint of ammonia.

Not a bad hotel and definitely the best in the location. Rooms are a little dated so some have flat screen tvs while others still have older box Tvs. Spacious rooms
