Very nice staff. Always enjoy my shuttle driver. Hotel needs some updating but is always clean. I wasn’t with my husband who did partake of the breakfast. I was on a plane. Not sure what he thought of it. Overall, good experience.

We got in really late at night and the staff at the front was so welcoming. Breakfast is in a cute diner/pub, but the quality of the food was ho-hum... The room was clean and very cozy. Would stay here again if we go through Medford on our next trip.

We love the free airport shuttle and it was exactly on time and the gentleman that took us was just a extremely nice person. The breakfast was adequate would love to have seen a waffle maker and some eggs but we didn't expect much more for a free breakfast

Very friendly staff! Exercise room had treadmills that didn't work. Pillows were not comfortable, ending up buying one. Breakfast sandwiches not an option for someone who doesn't eat pork products and yogurt flavors like mango and orange cream not desirable, happy there was a peach option 2nd day. I"m sure at some point carpet will be replaced in hallways as spongy in spots. Overall, great location, great room rate, great staff.Also liked ease of guide on the TV
