We've stayed here often. Still feels as clean and fresh as it did 10 years ago.
During COVID we expected our suite to be very clean but it wasn't. There was hair in the bathtub etc. A couple little hand wipes were on the counter. We went to the store and bought cleaner and disinfectant and sprayed down all surfaces. Some surfaces were not clean. On the positive side we liked the larger suite.

Great check in, very accommodating on the early check in. But the room wasn't 100% clean. Sticky floors in kitchen.
Too many kids in the pool. There should be an adult swim time added.
Nice rooms, very clean, excellent checkin with friendly front desk staff. Anyone arriving to the dining room an hour or less before the end of breakfast was disappointed. Staff person acted very inconvenienced to fill orange juice, get clean plates, etc. Maybe the solution is to get the employee who was working there the additional help they were complaining about not having.
