The property was clean ,in good repair and a good location for my purposes. The staff was efficient, polite and accommodating... It has good amenities , such as a gym and has a variety of food establishments within a 5 minutes walk... The breakfast buffet is great with a variety of choices for various tastes... All in all this is a great choice of hotels for a stay in South Medford.
The property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for almost a week and my only issues was that their washing machine was not working the entire time.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Hearing neighbors above was a bit much. Walking and talking easily bled through the ceiling and walls. The pool was small.
NIce Hotub and pool. Pictures are very nice. Very clean and remodeled so everything was new.
Night managers were rude ...One told me after I had asked him to find out who was making all the noise there...at midnight again.. that if I didnt like it there to leave!...yes..I couldn t believe it either!
I recommend and would stay here again, but . . . awoke at 1:A.M. to conversation in the next room. I doubt they knew they could be heard and it was normal chatting at night. I dozed off and on and I guess eventually they slept too. I wish there was better sound proofing so would bring ear plugs next time.
The hot food items for breakfast are not being served currently due to the construction upgrades going on at this hotel (the breakfast room mainly). Also, breakfast is served in the lobby which is a bit uncomfortable but its okay to deal with. Everything else about this hotel VERY NICE! Beds, pillows, setup, comfort, clean rooms, nice facilities- all great. Very quiet during all hours. Great staff too!
Hotel was clean and comfortable....Despite the 30 firefighters that we even staying there...it was quiet.....Hot tub area was clean.....Waiting area always had hot coffee available.....looking forward to another visit!
If you are frugal, you are likely considering this hotel. For the price, you get what you expect to get. A clean room, not updated, but not gross. It's next to a Veteran's park (read: many homeless outside), but they don't bother anyone (at least based on our stay and from what I read). If you forget any supplies or need to pick any groceries up, there are lots of options around to shop and eat - also cheap/inexpensive. You get what you pay for but in this case, that's not a bad thing. We did not get to try out the pool and other amenities.Staff was friendly and efficient.
Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed. AC unit very loud making sleeping difficult. Wifi out parts of each day.
