Hotel was clean and comfortable....Despite the 30 firefighters that we even staying there...it was quiet.....Hot tub area was clean.....Waiting area always had hot coffee available.....looking forward to another visit!

If you are frugal, you are likely considering this hotel. For the price, you get what you expect to get. A clean room, not updated, but not gross. It's next to a Veteran's park (read: many homeless outside), but they don't bother anyone (at least based on our stay and from what I read). If you forget any supplies or need to pick any groceries up, there are lots of options around to shop and eat - also cheap/inexpensive. You get what you pay for but in this case, that's not a bad thing. We did not get to try out the pool and other amenities.Staff was friendly and efficient.

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed. AC unit very loud making sleeping difficult. Wifi out parts of each day.

I would definitely recommend it to friends and family

Good value for the price. Pet friendly. Will stay again.

We stop at Comfort Inn South in Medford Oregon each time we drive to Portland. It helps us break up the trip into comfortable travel time. The rooms are comfortable, has a great pool and spa, friendly staff, good breakfast. What more could you ask for? Oh, right, it accommodates our little pekingese too.

Was en route to san fran and needed a place to stay. This hotel was priced a bit high for what I was seeking, but paid itself of on the comfy bed and pillows. Very quiet with no disturbances. Breakfast had the basics to start the next day.

We were driving from the Oregon Coast to Reno and stayed in Medford to do some wine tasting and have dinner at an excellent Spanish restaurant in the downtown district. The hotel was easy to find, with convenient freeway access, and close to downtown. The staff was pleasant and we had a good sleep. I would stay there on our next trip.

Good staff, clean rooms, convenient to the highway. Best value amongst the local hotels.

Overall it was a really nice hotel. Closet doors in the bedrooms could be updated as they were a bit cheap and never stayed on their track. Toilet seats aren't very stable for sitting on after taking a shower. They're pretty flimsy. But those are the only things I didn't like about the hotel. The pool and hot tub are both really nice. The pool only goes 5 feet deep so it's nice for family with young children and the hot tub is nice an hot. The breakfast they serve is a really legitimate breakfast. They have egg and sausage patties, an easy to use waffle iron with your choice of plain and blueberry waffle batter, a variety of packaged sweet buns, some fruit, toast with choice of jam, a choice of froot loops; cherrioes; or raisin bran cereal, and milk or orange juice. The hotel is right behind the Harry and David store and is a minute's walk to a Good Will and a few other nice stores including a Super Walmart. The check-in process was quick and they have luggage carts so you can carry all your luggage to your room easier. They provide you with tiny bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion in your room as well as small bars of soap. However, the bathroom seems like the least sanitary place for their coffee maker (which is where it's located). But overall I definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy excess to freeway, were on the way to salem, stayed overnight.

We had two problems at the hotel. The first was when we checked in a got a smoking room. I had specifically asked for a non=smoking room. We were told there were no other rooms available and given an ionizer to hopefully clear the air in the room. It did not work well. April, the receptionist, was able to change our room for the next 2 nights. The staff moved our luggage. That was very helpful. The last day, I fell in the shower. The tub bottom was slippery and there was no separate tub mat to counter the slipperiness. Fortunately, I was getting out at the time and holding the handrail, so the injury was minimized. I have several blacks and blues but no broken bones. I tried to fill out an accident report, mostly to alert the corp to the dangers of the slippery tub. But it was Sat. and the report papers were locked in the safe. The manager would not be able to get to them until Mon. I left a signed, handwritten report with [...] at the desk. She also signed it and gave me a copy, so hopefully the formal report will be filled out today.

I was there for a short business trip. Check in and check out were speedy and the desk staff were very courteous. My room was spotless and the bed was soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that for several hours a dog was barking in the room next to us. The dog stoppped in the evening, or I would have complained to the manager.

the hotel was in a great location as well as very well maintained!
