It isn't the fanciest place, but it is clean as are the rooms. I gave the Room Comfort a 3 because the dispensers in the shower seemed to have shampoo in both the shampoo and conditioner containers. Also, they had to re-key my key 3 times - even then, it felt iffy as whether or not it would work. When I told the gal at the front there was a problem, the way she responded made it clear my situation wasn't an isolated one. No elevators so if you're on the second floor with lots of stuff (like I had since a business trip), the climbing up and down the stairs isn't fun... especially, if once you get to your room the door key doesn't work and you have to carry it all with you to the lobby (or reload your car) while you go get a key that works. It happened to me after a long day, which is why this place isn't getting a better rating from me.

We landed in Medford very late but the hotel had us picked up within 10 minutes, the easiest part of our trip. Wonderful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Friendly staff, very clean and so close to the airport.

Hotel staff accommodating, my husband has back problems and was not able to cliimb stairs and they cheerfully changed our room to the ground floor.

Very noisy - car alarms, people screaming in the parking lot late.

The room was clean and comfortable. Older hotel but had just replace the carpet in our room (though it was a hideous pattern, at least it was new.) The beds and pillows were comfortable.

1st hotel room we were put in smelled like urine. Outside there was a lot of shady people hanging around.

The Staff was very nice, The breakfast was great and there is a Food 4 Less market next door. Costco is about 2 miles away and is the cheapest gas in town. I felt this was a 3 star motel not a 2 star.

We stayed there for 1 night on the way from Crater Lake to the coast. The place was as I expected - nothing extraordinary, but not bad. Room was clean, but smelled odd - don't know if it was cleaning supplies or something else. Bed was comfortable, no complaints. Some noise from the neighbors, but not too annoying. Staff was brisk and not overly friendly. Anyway, good value for the money, good location and very nice trip!

Although there are nicer places to stay, these folks go out of their way. The rooms are clean, neat and the beds are comfortable. WiFi coverage within the rooms could be better.

This non-smoking recked of cigarett smoke. Noisy, average air conditioning and difficult parking. Not a good value for the money.

It was good stay. Even though it was short, it was comfortable. In short, Value for money. You get what you pay for.

Park and fly and free shuttle are a deal. Breakfast was above average. Room spacious and comfortable. Nothing real fancy, but a bargain for the price charged.

the room was great, comfy and clean. once you check in it can be a challenge finding your room even though they give you a map we had to leave the parking lot and come into another and go up stairs. there is no elevator and the breakfast area was small but the food was great, make your own waffles and sausage and much much more. yum yum

Good free breakfast every morning... fridge, microwave, hairdryer all in room... shampoo, conditioner, body wash on wall in shower... very comfortable bed, staff gave me a free disposable razor at desk (I flew in with only a carry-on and could not bring one with me). Has an excellent, reasonably priced 3 meal restaurant in the same parking lot. A great deal for the money!!!

Great breakfast & Friendly Staff

it was ok. but the area they had for the continental breakfast was too small for the amount of people/rooms they had when we were there.

My son,who is a Army Ranger, and myself were on the way to Ft. Lewis Washington, so we needed a good place to rest before our last leg of our trip. Quality Inn fulfilled our every need to the letter.

I was in Medford to see my grandmother. The whole trip was very quick but very good. I plan to return soon and will use this hotel again

Friendly staff, great location, very quiet, smoke free.
