I needed to stay somewhere in a pinch because my previous lodging arrangement fell through. The free WiFi was disappointing and had difficulty holding signal. The final two days of my stay, it would barely connect at all. This was important because the location was a bit of a dead zone for my 4G data. I ended up having to give people my room number to get in contact me because the WiFi was lackadaisical. Some of the furniture was broken - the top of the dresser and the sink stopper. Nothing available except coffee and it was a lot to be desired in terms of breakfast offering. The decor was extremely dated. The housekeepers did not go in to really clean the room but asked if I needed anything. They were good at giving out fresh towels and making sure the garbage was swapped out when requested. Water temperature was the highlight of the hotel as my showers were very warm and pleasing. If you just need a place to lay one's head, it will do. Otherwise, find something of better quality to get the most out of your stay, especially the free WiFi.

It was very good and comfortable. I liked the facility.

I have no problems with my stay. The surrounding was great and room very comfortable. Of anything I would have enjoyed a breakfast or just some coffee n doughnuts or a sandwich. But I had a great time overall as always.

Hotel was in a good location for my time in Brookhaven.

Even though this hotel was basically just a place to sleep for us, I would have like something a bit nicer.

Definitely not a business trip type of hotel, and definitely not a family place. Everything - while very clean - is dated and old. Right down to the sheets. Special shout out to all the guys drinking beer and smoking cigs outside my room till 1 am.

Clientele at hotel led us to ask for cancellation refund, we were told that was not possible. Mattresses were used up, sunken in at the middle. Fitted sheets were shot as well, I mean really useless. Shower stall filthy although it had a brand new curved shower curtain rail. All in all the room felt clammy, noisy and uninviting. Lots of TV stations but no list of what they were and their channel numbers was to be found.

I checked in at 5pm, running late from a drive from Texas. I was supposed to be at the funeral home at 5. Walked into the motel room and there was a roach on the floor. The manager came and kicked it outside and said it was only because of summer. The pillows were also stained from some kind of body fluids, or could have been something else. The manager was nice enough to insure me that the pillow only looked dirty. It was really clean because there was a pillow case on it. Really, knowone in there right mind would stay at this place. It became a very nice trip when I check into the motel down the road and finily made it to the funeral. I had to pay $60 plus to go somewhere else because the manager would not give me my money back.

The best thing I can say about this America's Best motel is that the wireless internet worked it is conviently located close to the interstate and numerous places to eat. I came away from a two night stay with bedbug bites on face and hand. One of the room lights didn't work, the shower/tub selector was faulty, and the big soft mattress was covered with some well-worn sheets and old pillows. Oh, and did I mention the bedbug bites?

sleep

i was there for work and all i needed was somewhere to sleep.

We traveled yo Brookhaven to attend a family funeral. The location of the hotel was about 9 miles outside. of Wesson,MS.The rates were resonable so we stayed an extra night. Our stay was a good one overall

This place was nasty. We just needed a place to sleep overnight before we get back on the highway. This place gave me the creeps. I couldn't sleep a wink. There was chips in the vent of the a.c. unit. the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. There was a used tissue behind the nightstand, and to top it all off I saw a small spider.
